I spent a good week trying to fix what likely is a minor issue on my website and couldn’t access from the admin login. Their customer service chat was quick and helped me fix the problem so fast I wish I contacted them in the first place. I’m pretty sure they are based in the US based on name and way they talk and how they figure out things right away and quickly. This is definitely more reason to refer more clients to purchase services here!2 months agoHave been using webhostingpad since the dawn of time for my personal site and it has been an epic journey. They have been with me from baby steps to marathons to cheering from the sidelines. I’ve rarely had any downtime or issues. Costs are very reasonable, and customer service is amazing. An email ticket is often replied to within the hour, and never longer than a day. They even fixed my site FOR FREE when it was hacked by pirates. I started using them because their product was a ‘discount’ compared to the competition, but the experience has been far from a discount. Very long ago, support was good, but a little slow; I figured “you get what you pay for” and, since my hosting was for personal use, it wasn’t a big deal.
However, over the past 5-10 years (perhaps more), they’ve upped their game. Besides adding online chat, response times for support (billing and tech support) has been very quick, helpful and professional. And pricing, though not in the same ballpark as the signup deals (which is standard practice in the industry, so I can’t hold it against WHP), remains very competitive.
I’ve had to downgrade my plan/server, this year, due to my changing needs. Once again, the level of support and professionalism has been exemplary, and the data migration was completed quickly and without a hiccup.
I can comfortably recommend WebHostingPad to anyone. They’re a real pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic experience. I worked with Mark and Kattie who were both fabulous. I designed a logo on Wix but was unsure of how to fine tune it and finalize all the files I needed for clothing, social media etc., so I went to 10com Web Development for help. It was also great to look at different options of the color and styles to make sure we did not want to go in a different direction.
Kattie was so helpful and quick during this entire process. Every time I had an idea or edit to the logo, she would send me the design super-fast! I would highly recommend working with 10com Web Development! 5 Stars!
I am surprised to see all the 4 and 5 star reviews for this company as this was not the experience I received. During the initial take on my project for a logo design, I specified what I wanted from the very beginning and they didn’t provide it for me. With constant going back and forth, misspelling in the logo, and providing you with something you don’t ask for this company is frustrating. They don’t ask questions and when you tell them you’re frustrated they say you have an underlying tone. They say they will be in contact with you for 3 to 5 days, that’s not the case. I emailed Mark B who is a manager and it took him 7 days to respond to my email. I’m trying to start a business so a delay like this doesn’t look good on their part. Look elsewhere for a company that actually listens to your initial concept. This company does not.
Update: this company is still a joke. I got my refund. They claim that you’re their top priority and this is not the case. I’m telling you right now, if you’re thinking about booking with this company, do not book with them. They don’t listen to anything that you want at the beginning stage of designing your logo and they send you stuff that doesn’t even look good. Like I said before LOOK ELSEWHERE. This is not the company for you.
I had the pleasure of using 10com to create a logo. Kattie and Mark were so easy to work with, quickly responded to all of my questions, and provided professional creativity that hit my vision spot on. Fantastic team, highly recommend.
Don’t waste your time with other design and digital marketing firms. 10COM is fast, reliable, and incredibly competent. So far my company has taken advantage of the logo design services, but plan on purchasing other services in the near future.
