Our website is still in-progress, but so far John has been very transparent about costs and timelines, very communicative about the overall process, has taken care to listen to all of our wants/needs for the website, and has been extremely attentive to detail throughout the whole process. John has been very timely with his responses and has a great attitude all around. Fantastic experience! Left my hosting company of twenty years after they tripled my hosting charges. Got a recommendation for IONOS from a friend. Got a gentleman in the Eastern time zone well after hours there. Matt answered all my questions and got me signed up. Couldn’t be happier!
Some reason this company doesn’t understand that if you’re going to sell someone new services and they have questions on how it works you might need to help them understand by explaining how it works. This is not no DIY situation where they just buy products without knowing how to work it this is where the so-called knowledge come from with the company that you bonded from. At this point if I have to keep doing everything on my own and I will go to another company I’m tired of begging people to help me do things grow my business and they tell me no and so expect me to pay them each month

Have been using IONOS for commercial email for more than 2 years and now expanding to Web hosting based upon my overall client experience. IONOS checks my number one metric, demonstrated client focus.
Wow…what a wonderful experience IONOS is truly gets to help Entrepreneurs and all others in the money making game. They simply set you up for success with out taking you bank account balance to the dirt. What a cool thing to have I am very grateful.
A special of $1 per domain was offered until I got to checkout -then price jumped to $10 in my cart (because I previously was a customer) and this was not right. I would have given 5 stars for service I got today which was Excellent and received this service on A HOLIDAY…but I deducted one star for bulk domain checker not working …and another star for the price bait & switch at cart. Overall I still have you 3 stars because of $1 special you did give me and awesome customer service on MLK Day.
