2 months agoAwful experience today. Got stuck in the tunnel between 2 cars. The cars were not even well washed. My car plate was damaged but the manager refused to give us his name nor offer even an apology blaming it on the customers.3 months agoIf I could give zero stars I would … I paid for the gold wash, my car was not clean at all like all the bugs was in the of my car still. All the windows was dirty and the mirrors. When I went to speak to one of the red shirt workers. He walked away as a was talking to him and did not offer me no refund or nothing . He never came back.6 months agoI was at this location and left with damage to my vehicle I proceeded to report it to the “manager” on duty who advised me to come back the following day because he couldn’t help me. I then came back and spoke to another “manager” that was rude, unprofessional, and refused to give me his name. Gabriel is what i was told was his name left me talking by myself and walked away from me. That is unacceptable! He stated , other vehicles had to be damaged for this establishment to be held responsible to the dent on the side of my door, which I heard and saw when the blue drying tube dented my truck. I will proceed to let all my friends and family know the type of business this is and not to go here to avoid damaging their vehicles. I am greatly disappointed as I have come here for years but will no longer be doing business with you all.4 years agoThis place is “okay”. It gets most of my car mostly clean, but doesn’t to a great job with the bumpers. I don’t know if I should expect a car wash to be able to clean the bugs off my bumper, but for $16, I’d hoped it would.I haven’t yet tried less expensive options that might give a similar wash. Vacuums are convenient to use after.
Edit after response from owner:
I think your reply is more than reasonable. I was unaware of the bug prep station and didn’t notice any signage for it. I’ll keep a look out for it next time and see how it goes when I come back. In the meantime, I’ve changed the review from 3 to 4 stars based on your response. I look forward to changing it to 5 after my next visit.
3 months agoThe manager was a short Hispanic guy and wouldn’t give his name. Carlos was the guy receiving the cars. The truck came out with dirt on the tailgate. We asked for a 2nd wash and a brush. Said they could not do it. Went back and forth for a bit and he was plain rude. No customer service manners. Where are you English speaking employees? Will never be back. Another patron had a piece pop off his car and they refused to go in to see if it popped off in the bay. There were no cars at that time.

Guidelines for a Secure Car Wash Experience
Car washing is an essential task in maintaining the appearance and condition of your vehicle. However, it is important to prioritize safety measures to ensure that you and your car are protected during the washing process. Here is a general safety guideline to follow:
- Choose the right location: Find a flat and well-lit area to wash your car. Avoid washing it on a sloped or uneven surface to prevent accidents or slipping.
- Gather the necessary equipment: Before you start washing your car, make sure you have all the required tools and supplies such as a bucket, microfiber towels, car wash soap, hose, and a soft-bristle brush.
- Protect yourself: Wear protective clothing such as gloves and safety glasses to shield yourself from splashes of cleaning chemicals or debris. It is also advisable to wear closed-toe shoes to prevent slipping.
- Check for hazards: Inspect the area around your car for any potential hazards such as loose wires, sharp objects, or low-hanging branches. Clear the area to ensure a safe washing environment.
- Start with a pre-rinse: Use a hose to give your car a thorough pre-rinse. This helps remove loose dirt and debris before you start scrubbing.
- Use proper techniques: When scrubbing your car, use gentle and circular motions to avoid scratching the paintwork. Rinse your tools regularly to remove any dirt or debris that could cause scratches.
- Be cautious with chemicals: Use car wash soap specifically formulated for vehicles. Avoid using harsh or abrasive cleaners that can damage your car’s paint or finish. Always read and follow the instructions on the product labels carefully.
- Watch out for electrical components: Be mindful of electrical components such as the battery, alternator, and fuse box. Avoid spraying water directly at these components to prevent the risk of electrical damage.
- Take care of slippery surfaces: Keep the ground around your car as dry as possible to prevent slipping. Wipe up any excess water to maintain a safe working area.
- Properly dispose of waste: Dispose of any waste materials, such as used cleaning products and dirty water, appropriately. Avoid letting them enter storm drains or waterways.
By following these safety guidelines while washing your car, you can ensure a safer and more enjoyable car care experience. Regular car washing not only keeps your vehicle looking its best but also helps protect its resale value and overall condition.

It was a top down kind of day, my car needed a wash and I was working near Take 5, so I decided to clean my car. This drive through experience was unlike any other. Something from the truck ahead of me was smeared across my windshield on the passenger side. The kind young man at the kiosk allowed me to drive through again. This time was worse than before. That’s when Edward offered assistance and displayed exceptional customer service. He took the initiative to remove whatever that dirt/grease-like residue was on my windshield, roof and the trunk of my car. Eduardo exceeded my expectations and had my car shining like new. The team working on 5/4/23 around 12:20pm were simply the best. They both displayed care for their customer and concern for the customer experience. Thank you very much!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Decent car wash but some of the houses are broke and when you’re passing through you can tell that the water’s all just shooting all over the place it’s not really controlled and spraying like it’s supposed to a lot of nozzles missing off the vacuum so you can’t access what you need when it’s full like today when we went. I had a membership here for about a year or so and discontinued it because problems with the car wash I was paying for the premium wash and would get the basic wash most of the times I would come through having to go in and complain and get another run through the car watch which wasted more of my time. When in today to just get a basic wash and vacuum and didn’t look like it was any better than it was before.
Never coming here again!
I’ve been coming here since they opened! Today this car wash disappointed me and unfortunately will not be stepping foot here again!
Got my regular $10 wash- I then noticed they didn’t “prep” scrub the back of my vehicle like they usually do. NOT ONLY THAT when the wash was finished I noticed the whole right side of my vehicle was dirty compared to the left side.
I addressed it to the manager and he said
You now have to get the $16 car wash to get the back of your vehicle scrubbed and he couldn’t do anything about the right side being dirty unless I got the membership. I informed him I wanted to speak to corporate and he said it didn’t matter if I filed a complain with them, it would only come back to him. He also said they’re trying to rank #2 car wash and they would.. I thought that was unethical and unnecessary for him to say…
Lost me and my family as customers.
Good luck ranking #2 when everyone else notices what I noticed today.
Friendly and helpful staff. I came here this past weekend during business hours and it was inoperable. Came this morning and staff said machine running weird to put car in “drive” and then put in “neutral”. First, if machine isn’t running correctly u might want to fix it first. Got to work and noticed my hub cap is broken and smashed due to the machine not letting the car be in “neutral” position where it can control the movement of the car (now I know what the loud sound was in the wash).
Bottom line. Fix your machine completely before letting cars go through it.
This place shouldnt charge more than 5 bucks for a wash. The pics attached are from the 16.00 wash. Thank gosh I didnt pay for the 25 buck deluxe. Rip off folks. Plain and simple. Oh and they guy at the front didnt lift a finger to wash this front grill.– gonna add. Dont waste your money here. Your just wasting it. Just waste. A total waste of money.
