2 weeks agoWould not recommend this location for car detailing. The job was done poorly, half of the interior was not vacuumed. The staff and management were super rude. After my husband left the place, “manager” called to find out why he is not happy with the service and told him “never come back here a*s hole”…8 months agoNothing special here with the basic wash. Left my tires still super dirty without even a touch on them, I would have understood not putting shine on it for the basic but come on, not even a wipe on them is a let down. They offer towels to dry your car off if you go inside and ask.7 months agoBetter than the other place down the street, Rainstorm or whatever it’s called.Free towels to wipe your car after a wash, CLEAN water that doesn’t streak your car up (unlike down the street), and a pretty thorough wash even with the cheapest option. Has an option for hand detailing too by staff, limited to some days.
Minus one star due to price raises. They jacked the prices up on membership prices recently, and it led to me canceling my membership since I only wash my car twice a month. Individual wash price is really good though!
4 months agoThe wash beat the heck out of my wagoneer. The people were so rude when i asked about a full service wash. I’m genuinely nice to people when i ask for things. Not sure why they responded that way, but the vacuums were bad too. Really disappointed. The second star is bc i hate giving 1 star reviews.3 years agoPaid for the most expensive drive through car wash. After coming out, the back was still a mess and it didn’t clean at all. So I went back and asked to run through it again. The guy looked at me and said, “You didn’t towel dry it????” I told him I have no towel and that I would just be toweling around dirt anyway. The guy let me run through the wash again under the cheapest wash and told me to towel it down afterwards. When I came out of the car wash I found they had locked up for the day already (so no access to towels). 5 mins before they were supposed to close. Looks like I’ll have to figure out another go-to car wash. I won’t be going back here.

2 months agoI can’t rave enough about the wonderful customer service that I received today at the Soft Way in Homer Glen Illinois.I am post-surgery, so I am walking very slowly. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ben at the front desk who was very kind and really on the ball.
I thought I had left my purse at my last stop and was panicking a bit. Not only was he calming me and telling me not to panic, as it may simply be in my car, but he also did me a favor and ran out to my car after it was washed to see if it was on the passenger seat. It’s certainly was, and he brought my purse to me. I was so happy to see it was there.
What a kind young man and wonderful employee he is! I’m thankful for the great customer service I received. Thank you Ben!
4 months agoI have been coming here for about 12 years now. I have had many details done to various cars and they always did a great job. I also got the ceramic coat. It’s worth the money. The staff is always friendly and go out of their way to make my cars look great. Sean is very accommodating with the detail schedules. I would rate them a 10 in service. No other car wash around comes close to the quality and service they give.4 months agoI originally came to them because the car wash i was using was destroying the black wrap on my car over and over. I realized it was the car wash i was using after 3 times of having it redone. Lol! i haven’t had a single issue with my wrap since switching to softway. I’ve used them for everything and i can’t say enough great things. I do their full service wash once a week. I love this place, and the owners are so friendly. I’ve done detailing multiple times, clear coat, scratch removal, etc. they even literally delivered my car back to me after being detailed. I’d recommend them to everyone.4 months agoI took my car to get washed with a focus on the interior dash. They have a cup holder option 5/10/15. They charged 15 and when asked the difference it is a more detailed clean.Driving away and looking at my dash and cup holders- the feeling I have is what a rip off.
It’s sad, this use to be my favorite place to take my car.
Seems like the prices keep going up but the quality of the job is going down.
5 months agoAfter a much needed car wash from all the winter crime … the kid that was drying my Jeep wrangler used the same towel he used on my running boards to dry my tinted side windows… now my tinted windows are scratched …( obviously there was dirt / pebbles still on the running boards ) Went back to show them immediately and they didn’t seem very concerned… was told they had to talk to corporate…almost a month later no follow up from them at all … when I tried calling them I get the run around about waiting on corporate and not much he can do about it …. Terrible customer service… obviously won’t be back !!! Watch your tinted windows folks !!!!

I love going to this car wash. Express is exactly what it is. You get in and out and the package I choose my car looks good and clean when I’m done. Service is wonderful. Customer Service is great. You can tell all about a business when you pull up and it’s always packed. People are not going to spend their money where Service is bad and workers are rude. Tommy’s Express us where you want to be if you’re driving through Orland.
Stopped for quick car wash early morning on my way to work. There were two cars in front of me at payment window, and it took 10 minutes for the two cars to complete the payment process. When I asked young payment attendant about the delay, he stated “if you want a quick car wash maybe you should go somewhere else” and shut the window in my face. I will certainly take his advice and go somewhere else in the future.
I’m surprised the ratings for this place. I honestly love coming here! Car looks great everytime I wash it! And it’s never to busy, I’ve never hit a line with the membership. Sad to say I am moving soon and have to end my membership! You guys have to open one up in Pensacola!

Customer service here is fantastic! I left a “3 star – it’s ok ” review and within 18 hours I have received a reply, an email and a personal phone call about it. On the call the management helped explain what could be the cause AND actions that they would take to try and fix the problem as well as expressed intentions on following up later this week.
I kept old review (upped to 4 stars for customer service) until the problem is solved, but I very much appreciate how far they went over a “it’s ok” review. It shows the company strives for the best results and satisfied customers.
I pay for the top end monthly subscription. It’s ok. If it weren’t so conveniently located,
i wouldnt keep it cause there’s always water spots on my car after.
