I had the pleasure of working with Kim Brown. She was by far the best thing that happened to the process. We bought “by owner” and it was a tough process, but she helped make it smooth. She kept in constant contact with me on where we were in the process. She walked me through the craziness and was always there no matter what time of day. If I ever choose to purchase or refinance, she is my only choice! Thank you for making my dream come true -Ken and Amanda Schenk

Got reconnected with someone who has no idea what they’re talking about. He said to go and get a non qualified mortgage loan. We are already in process of getting a qualified mortgage from another lender. They missed out.

Chad was very knowledgeable and available but was not transparent or honest about rates after getting our approval and situation. After putting us in a tough spot stoped answering texts. Be prepared for dishonest sales practices when financing through zillow.

unresponsive, unreliable, not customer service friendly. as a veteran from who used mortgage lenders of America previously. this company and loan officer mike alley is a 100% waste of time. my referrals / active duty will go somewhere else. Any local small lender will be better fit than these people. you all need to take a hard look at Putting Clients First.

Tried to work with them online to see what they have to offer. As soon as I completed the information, I had 10 different mortgage companies call me immediately and not one of them was actually Zillow. For days now I got dozens of calls and texts from different companies about mortgages. Very bad harassment that is relentless. All Zillow does is sell your info. Do not work with them. Its a scam!!!!!!

I stumbled across Cedar Creek when we were searching for a home in Johnson County. Our family was relocating to KS from the East Coast.

During a Parade of Homes tour, I found the beautiful model homes but upon further research and more visits, I’m glad we didn’t move here.

My mother in law (husband’s mom) is handicapped and she had no way of touring the clubhouse with us, so she sat in the car. What happened to handicap accessibility?

For the large neighborhood they only had two smaller swimming pools and when we visited the pools, we saw that two children had badly cut feet after swimming there. We saw on the news later that the pools were temporarily shut down!

One of the neighbors we ran into while looking around said the HOA kept increasing HOA dues with a lack of accountability on why they were significantly increasing dues. I’m not surprised by this statement by the state of the clubhouse and amenities they keep hyping up.

We ended up buying in a nearby neighborhood. Buyers please beware and do your research!

The “Resort style living” you thought you were going to get is a fantasy. What a joke. They show pictures of Shadow Glen, tout it as an amenity, but it’s about 30k to join and 11k a month. Unless you do not live in the neighborhood, then you get a discount?! Also, the “gym” is worse than what you would find in a high school basement, and with the addition of thousands of new residents with the new addition, there’s ZERO ROOM at the pool, so be ready to head elsewhere. If you thought you could move here and drop your gym membership, lounge at the pool, and get in 18 holes, you’re in the wrong community. Head over to Lakeview in Lee’s Summit. They ACTUALLY have amenities, a beautiful well planned area with soccer fields, a lake residents have fun on, a golf course that residents can use, and a gym that functions. There so seems to be a lot of drama going on with where the HOA dues are going. From what I’ve seen they certainly aren’t going into increasing the number of amenities to support all of the new homes being built.

I would like to share my thoughts and gratitude. I recently lost my brother unexpectedly. I had to fly from California to Olathe to manage his property. I had the privilege of being introduced to Wayne Janner to assist me in the sale of my brothers home. I can’t express enough of easy the process was and how Wayne put my fears to rest. He is and was so professional and knowledgeable. He treated me like I was a longtime friend. His assistant Greta is awesome lady. I was so fortunate to have met them and feel I have lifetime friendships. They are a GREAT TEAM. THANK YOU BOTH for your hard work. LORRY WOODY. I will never forget you.

My wife and I had a horrible experience working with them. We were a lot more proactive in locating homes than the realtor and were left for days at a time before hearing a response. We were running out of time so we talked to our realtor about finding a place to rent. He agreed so we did, it was a year lease so we wouldn’t need his services. We decided to cancel our agreement and then were answered with a baffling wave of unprofessionalism and complaints. They tried to make us pay for the gas and MLS licensing. Ridiculous. Would never recommend to anyone.

It was the best decision I’ve ever made coming to KW Diamond Partners! Coming from a family owned real estate company to KWDP was seamless for me with a very successful business already! I love the family and shared success culture of this office. We are happy to help others succeed! So glad I found this office, or that they found me!❤️

Can only say good things about our agent Jessica Vohs , she was so helpful , patient and professional. She went above and beyond on helping us with the purchase of our first home , she answered all our questions and calls even on weekends, she worked around our schedule and together, with Dawn Coleman, made our process less stressful . We are so grateful .

So I am actually an electrical contractor. I went to provide an estimate on installing a central HVAC system in a house that Caleb Oster is getting ready to put on the market. I just wanted to jump on here and say that in the short time I worked with him, I feel he would be a great resource when it comes to buying or selling a home. I am also currently in the market to buy a house so I’m familiar with the process. I took the opportunity to pick his brain a little bit and he was super helpful! He’s very personable, honest, and definitely knows his way around realty.
