It was difficult to find and be able to actually purchase a home with the market like it was when we purchased our home. It can became really discouraging with homes selling so quickly and with so many people offering on each home. This home had many features we were looking for so it meant a lot to us. There were many bids on this home and Savannah guided us on our bidding so we were able to be the ones to get it.Savannah helped us in so many ways. She first found out what we were looking for in a home and checked every day to see what was available. Any time she found one she thought we would be interested in, she sent us the link to see if it was one we would like to see. She was quick to arrange appointments for us which was important, since homes were selling within days of their being placed on the market. She was patient with the many, many homes we were wanting to see, and understanding if it wasn’t quite what we wanted. He did not care if we found a home before ours closed! He does not care if the seller has a back-up plan…he just wants a sale, and acts like a spoiled kid if he doesn’t get his way. I am nearing 60 years old and this left me owing him 30,000 for a home he didn’t even sell. My attorney says he’s never seen anybody do that. I just got a stage 4 cancer diagnosis, and instead of living the time I have left with my family, I have to stress about paying him!
