I went in through the tunnel and it left my fiancé grandma car like new! We were very happy. The stations that they had outside of it for the carpets, vacuums, windshield fluid etc. was great. I was able to use every one of them!!

None of the tires were left in the selected PSI, and two of them were extremely overinflated by the machine. Had to remove the air manually. Will not go back nor refer anyone to use this car wash.

Thank you for your response. It’s less about the state of the car when it came in and more about the services provided by your machine did not live up to part. No matter how dirty someone’s car may be, if you offer a spotless rinse – for example – people expect not to find their car full of water marks. My car was left with water rinse marks all over (shown in pictures). Not to mention, needs another cleaning.

This place is ridiculous spend 40$ month to come through and it didn’t even put soap on the car the guys need to be train on what they doing I have video and pictures for proof didn’t even dry much less wash it so I go around to show the workers and at first he was like I’m lying so I show him the proof so he helps out …then proceeded to ask for a TIP for him helping me get a service I PAY FOR ridiculous 2/14/23 320 pm
Went today since they changed from the old car wash. When you pull up to the screen you have different options for memberships so I got one and one of the boys working comes to my car first word out of his mouth is “ugh” you signed up for the membership? I said yes why? He continued to huff and puff at me which made me uncomfortable I’m just trying to get a quick wash before work. I asked him why he keeps huffing and puffing at me ,and he complained that it’s a whole 30 min process for them and they are going to have to stay late ? If it’s such a big deal maybe have attendant’s In each lane. Will be canceling and going elsewhere for a better experience because why did I just get so much attitude for giving you guys my money ?
Employees are pleasant and the facility is nice. The membership system is flawed, you expect to drive up and your tag is scanned and you proceed. That is the way is supposed to work, but it does not.
You have to sit line and wait for an attendant who will take you license plate number to confirm that you indeed have a membership; so what should take 5 minutes, insted turns into 15 to 20 minutes.
I just got off the Phone with the General Manager Monte, a really straight up guy. Thank you so much for making it right. This place is Awesome and they go out of their way and beyond to help a customer. I really recommend this place as it is the best in SOUTH FLORIDA HOMESTEAD/FLORIDA CITY💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Compare to the old one, it is a bit expensive when you do not subscribe! I really do appreciate clean towels, and during this horrible summer time, workers are still friendly and patient with us even when is almost time to close.
