    My daughter and grandkids live here and the grounds are great and apartments and management seem fair enough. However they recently changed the parking situation and the tenants are forced to pay for a parking spot under a carport, otherwise they are left to their own devices to find a spot. Seems unlawful that they can just change the rules one day and add another unnecessary expense to residents who are already struggling to pay the high rent. How does an apartment not come with at least one dedicated parking spot? Shame on the owners. And beware of the shady towing company prowling the parking lot, they have two guys walking around and ducking out of sight who then signal the tow truck parked across the street, predatory towing, another shame on the complex owners. Try doing what’s right by these hardworking people rather than taking advantage of them.

    Apartments look pretty but it’s mostly cheap cosmetic work so they can charge more. Paint peeled up in all the cabinets and would stain our items, oil separated from the bathroom paint when the shower was turned on, spiders/insects were everywhere, and overall the space just felt old. Also was told to pay for parking halfway through the lease and if we didn’t want to and there wasn’t enough parking we could park on the streets. Also had a friend live here who had a homeless person break into their apartment before they moved in. Management basically told them they didn’t have any responsibility and it wasn’t housings problem. So my friend had to clean up someone else’s cigarette butts and piss bottle in order to move in. Classy.

    We’ve been here since June 1st and not only is the apartment amazing, but the management and maintenance staff are GREAT. Super fast to respond and get things done. I love it! They answered all of my questions prior to moving in as well as my countless questions after and I very much appreciate the communication. I know that’s a big issue at almost every other apartment complex. Grounds a nice looking as well!

    I absolutely loved living here until out of nowhere the whole community is being COERCED into paying for a carport. If you don’t mind paying about 3k for rent and coming home in the evening with the fear and anxiety if your going to find a parking space or park across street and walk home, COME LIVE HERE! One great benefit is that the pool, soccer field, dog park, and gym are FREE but to park you have to pay monthly. If I knew this was going to happen I WOULD HAVE NOT MOVED HERE. Why is it coercion you may ask? IF they counted the open space and with at minimum one open space per renter it should be enough availability that WE HAVE THE OPTION TO NOT PAY however, because this didn’t happen now there are SEVERAL renters who can’t find a parking space which equites to being COERCED INTO PAYING FOR A CARPORT to have the comfort and safety that you will have a space to park when you come home. We don’t even get ONE guaranteed parking per apartment, further proving how greedy the owners are.

    I have to start by saying Management here at tenten has been absolutely wonderful. I have only been here for 5 months and they make you feel like family. Anytime I have had an issue, like a light bulb out they have had maintenance here same day to replace/fix. I absolutely recommend living here if you have the opportunity. Kam and Hannah in the office are amazing! The loft comes fully stocked and if you need anything else furniture wise if they have it they accommodate. I have been in apt 14 partial ocean views, very modern cute loft. Rooftop is amazing!!!I love the neighborhood and being able to walk to all the restaurants. Thursday night sunset market is so much fun! All the residents here are so friendly and look out for one another. Can’t say enough good things. I will miss it here. Thank you Kam and Hannah for being so wonderful!

    One of the coolest places I’ve ever had an office. My clients loved it we loved it, you can Live work and play bass location I’ve seen out of dozens of ocean city’s. The city is hopping in has been redeveloping for the last decade in its exploding right now. Going to be opening up another location that’s 10X in every way just a block up the road on the Hill. I highly recommend you can work out of it virtually, shared space and hit the hot tubs on the full roof deck with 360 views of oceanside and the beach!

    Beautiful rooftop and ocean views! Only 4 blocks to the beach. Walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. These lofts are so unique and full of character – I definitely recommend checking this place out!

    The worst management, Never NEVER rent at this place. Its run by 2 management person, 1 is 20 years old, other 50. The things never get done at ALL. If you ask them to assist you with something it will take like a month for them to start doing something, and on the top of that they will put attitude.
