a month agoPolite customer service , employees are courteous, but on the other hand the wash itself was less than basic. I Paid $17 dollars definately not worth it. Vehicle had wet areas, no tire shine as promised and automated keeps getting jammed so you must proceed to office for your change. Air freshener provided has no scent. Vacuums have little pressure. Car is still dirty after wash then told it’s only once per day when you go to go through the wash again after scrubbing off the left filth..isn’t that false advertising? It’s a good car wash option if you have the monthly subscription. I can justify it because I can go many times a month. However, it isn’t always left super clean, the results do quite vary. Sometimes it’s scrubbed well and other times there’s still a noticeable amount of dirt or bugs remaining. I wish it was better and more consistent, but like I said it varies and the monthly subscription option is great! It does get very busy and sometimes there aren’t any towels left early in the day and all the employees are very visibly busy, so I think management just needs to hire more people because the employees they have already seem to be doing great. I do recommend going early in the day because that’s when there’s less people going for a car wash.
Self service car wash is best. Plenty of free drying towels along with vacuums. Be careful of the timer when you use a debit card. If you go past five minutes you will be charged $5.00, even if you don’t use all five minutes.
Car wash sucks so does the vacuums. I gave it a try because I see so many cars here. But rather have my kids help me wash and get better results
I live in San Diego but was in El Centro with a dirty car, front end covered in dead bugs. The guys here sprayed and scrubbed the bugs. When I came out of the wash my car was spotless! Great car wash, wish you were in San Diego.
This a monthly subscription based carwash. The machine has lights on the inside as you drive thru. Upon exiting, there’s vacuums and dry rags to use. There’s also single stalls to hand wash your own vehicle. Vacuums allowed after that also. Subscription is about $20 per month. 1 wash per day.
