a week agoDriving in the parking lot is a zoo! The store is great. Indoor food court so it can stay open in our hot summers. Eggs are a great deal here but they are in the farthest back corner with a poor walk area with carts near the bulk water. People are nice enough that work here .in the last weekGreat store. Best one stop shop for accessories and all whole sale items possible. Make sure you check out the bakery 🙂 best one stop shop for all items and bulk supply shopping. The phone rang so long that it hung up. Called customer service again and was told they would walk over to make sure someone answered he phone. The phone rang a long time until someone picked up. They could not solve my problem and suggested I speak a manager. I was transferred to the manager. The phone rang for a long time. I spoke with the manager and the feeling I got was annoyance and distrain by the end of the call. While the Costco executives have meetings regarding whatever, they should include monitoring customer experience at each of their stores..a month agoI shop there bc it allows me to shop less by buying in large quantities. I also use the self checkout bc I get through faster than going to a clerk. They also have a variety of items that may not be found in other stores. Their items are also rotated so new items are imported.

This is our local Costco and we love going here. It has plenty of parking for everybody, a cheap gas station, and of course the usual groceries inside the store. They have recently changed the layout of the store and it seems to work better. The staff here are friendly, and there’s always a good selection of different products and produce is available. The snack bar is also great value especially feeding hungry kids.
One of the nicest Costco’s we have ever visited and that makes sense given it’s location. Oddly I guess because of its location the staff wear green shirts. Never seen that before at a Costco. There also seemed to be different and nicer products at this location but the prices were not inflated.
The gas station is in the corner of the parking lot and I have to say it’s probably one of the smallest ones I have seen but when we went we still got through reasonably quick.
If you are on vacation pick up some trays of breakfast danishes and some sandwiches and pinwheels to eat back at your hotel room so you don’t have to go out in the Palm Springs heat as much! Oh and a lemonade 2 pack!
Well stocked and seemed exceptionally clean.
Parking was a bit difficult to find -cant imagine what it would be like on weekend or pre holiday.
Gas station not the largest and it seemed most people don’t drive around a vehicle to go to an available pump though there was an attendant there –they didn’t direct people to unoccupied pump .

It’s always a big surprise as to the variety of new products Costco offers its customers each month. The pricing, usually in the form of a non-standard money savings amount (e.g., $2.80 or $3.50) immediately applied to the already bulk pricing unit model leaves loyal Costco customers have no choice other than to “purchase today;” otherwise, if one waits to make the purchase on the next shopping trip, disappointment permeates the shopping experience because one hears “I’m so sorry but those “Late July Organic Multi grain Chips were fast movers, especially with the $2.00 per bag additional promotion. But we’re working with the company to bring in other popularly recognized, yet unique Late July products that we believe our culturally diverse customer base would enjoy purchasing.
Bad horrible customer service worst I’ve ever encountered. As I walked in to show my club card I was struggling to get it from my pocket I was waved down and power walked on yet the white couple in front of us didn’t show their card at all and was let go wow that wasn’t racism. Next as my family and I where at the check stand my 8mth was sitting in the shopping cart when an employee come out of nowhere at take my cart and child with out consent and I started what are u doing he said nothing but to my child and placed him on the other side of the register because we had waters on the bottom of the cart not only that the cashier lady wouldn’t give me my card back she tossed it to the side and was rude as hell I’ll be calling corporate and notifying them about the racist behavior the store service is trash it was like 1922 in 2023 I couldn’t believe the way they where acting
