a year agoWe have 2 highest car memberships here, but over the year, the quality has gone down tremendously. This review is not based on just one time service. We have used this car wash for quiet some time now, but keep getting disappointed. After coming out of the wash, the soap or whatever residue is still on my car. I have a white car and it slightly stained my car, if you look closely. After today, I will be canceling my membership. I’m not the only with this problem, my other family member that has the membership has been experiencing the same thing. We kept coming hoping the quality would return to what it was or better, but the only thing that happened was price increase. I wouldn’t recommend here anymore other than for maybe for very basic car wash.5 months agoFor spending over twenty dollars on the car wash the amount the first I had to wipe after running it through was pretty substantial. I should have to clean the outside right street I paid to have the outside cleaned by your system. Vacuums were good and the facility as a whole was very clean.2 weeks agoBrought my Camaro through the drive thru. Nice job. Did not get my wheels very clean but they were better than when I first brought it through the drive thru.2 years agoVery bad quality car wash. Asked to go through again (and actually have them brush the front) they didn’t… the first, or second time. and the pictures below are after going through twice. Recently moved to the area. Wouldn’t recommend this car wash.7 months agoThey are under new management, and WOW is there a difference. The parking lot is very clean, vacuums good and strong, carpet cleaner cleans and dries! There are plenty of cloths and cleaning solutions available. There is a scrub before you enter by an employee (very nice and friendly) who carefully guides you in. My car sparked and was beautiful when I left. Way to go, Wah Me Fast! Great job!

8 months agoFirst time customer. I heard about this spot through the neighborhood gossip and decided to give it a try after what seemed like a months worth of rain in a few weeks.I was greeted immediately by the new GM. He walked me through the whole pricing options, looked at the cleanliness & condition of my vehicle and gave me a honest recommendation. After explaining to him that I’ve had unsatisfactory experiences with these types of car washes in the past, he assure me that his team does a great job. I decided to go with a #1, @ $30.
My vehicle wasn’t perfect but for the price and the services offered, I can’t complain….
…….until I got got home and opened my trunk. It wasn’t even vacuumed. Yes, I should of inspected the vehicle before driving off but again, the GM reassured me that they take pride in their work.
Look, I get it. People make mistakes. This isn’t anything to bash a business over. Just more of a training opportunity. Some people will crucify a business over something simple like this. That ain’t me. I’ll definitely give them a second chance.
Update: 12/28: the owner personally reached out to me and the minor issue was resolved. You don’t find that level of customer service these days. Thanks again. I will be returning.
a year agoDefinitely worth the drive and wait. My truck was NASTY/DIRTY! I hadn’t washed in over a year bc my prev local washed closed, but they got my truck back to fresh, clean, and shining. The staff was very polite, respectful, & hard working. While there I saw a customer say he wasn’t happy with his vacuum in one area, they quickly fixed it no questions. Excellent customer service! I will be back.8 months agoThey delivered on the service expected! Still have deep scratches from rocks and trees but I’m glad I got their premium wax job done! Got rid of all the HUGE swirling and reduced minor scratches. 100% recommend getting their cheaper wax if you just swirls on your vehicle.5 years agoThey really do great work here. The owner personally meets with everyone when he’s there and stands by the work they do. He saw me and I told him I got a new car and was genuinely happy for me and that I had decided to come to them. Most of the workers are very detailed and after I first saw my car once they finished, it was immediately worth coming here.I went for a full clean, wash, and clay bar treatment and it was around $90, which as you can see, is totally worth it. It is brushless too if you’re wondering about that, and then they hand wash and shine it. I’ve been coming here since and hope more come show them support.
2 weeks agoOne of few car washes left in Kennesaw that give you what you actually pay for! I’m not just talking abt the quality of the wash for the different level memberships. But they really do change/add all the different services of/for the different memberships. Not to mention the manager is a awesome dude! 😎 Keep it up WashWorks

I’m a near daily customer whom loves the service and equipment. Adding a RFID scan-in system at both entrance lanes gets me in and out quickly. I’ll often see Adam and Jennifer leading cars into the wash. They are always pleasant and professional to chat with. The tire shine equipment had stopped working the past few days. Each day Adam informed me, and offered to bring a cloth and bottle of tire shine to my car after I exited the wash. Today I accepted his offer, and was floored when he both brought the supplies and shined my tires by hand. 5 stars is not enough.
This was my first time putting my car thru this wash. I’m a member elsewhere. But I was in the area and I loved this car wash, I feel like it really washed my car well and it has a soft towel drier at the end which is extra cool. Of course it has the free vacuums and cleaning cloths after washing too. No air compressor which I do kinda miss, it’s very helpful to do this in the little crevices of the car before you vacuum. That’s probably the only thing I miss from my normal car wash. This is a great car wash machine they have tho, nicer than mine I think.
Unfortunately you can tell this location is going downhill over the years. Sad because it has potential to be a great car wash due to its size and still fairly new. The past few times I’ve gone in the last months, the left side tire shine machine in the tunnel doesn’t work at all, tires always bone dry. The vacuums are 90% clogged everytime we go, I saw others next to me trying to unclog too. The workers at front give little to no effort, you pull up and their sitting on the curb and barely even pretreated the car and go back to sitting. The cart with rags were all messy and you couldn’t tell what was clean or dirty. No compressed air either like most other places. I hope management can get their act together again and straighten this location up, deserves it!
Disappointed. I signed up for the unlimited car washes with no prob, took k my 3 mins, got my sticker and was on to the wash… but the guy who was suppose to guide me in the tracks and wash the front of my bumper and windshield was on his cellphone, so I had to blow the horn to get his attention and then he still didn’t do it well. After at the vacuum station the dirty towels and clean towels were clearly mixed up because no one dried and folded the clean towels like at other locations they just threw the “clean” ones in a bucket so the dirty ones were getting out in the clean bucket. At other locations all the clean towels are folded and the only bucket is for dirty towels so it’s obvious. But not here.
Then on my second return I went to the membership-club side to enter and they said they couldnt find my membership and stated the guy who signed me up messed up; ok but then I had to give them all my credit cards while they tried to figure it out and call different workers one by one over as I sat there with a car full of kids for 20 minutes while I held the line up a longgggg time. It was very embarrassing and they still never figured out what happened or how to fix it and finally let me enter and then said after I go through come to the office after 20 more minutes of standing in the office the manager on duty said they still had no clue of what to do and what the employee who sign me up did & that they would try to figure it out and call me. I showed her they clearly charged my credit card and so didn’t want to resign sign up as then they would be billing me twice every month.
It’s been 3 days and no one has still called me. From all these things just in the 1st 2 visits I’m not sure the service is that great and I’m not a happy camper.
If I go back today to get a wash I will be held up again for another 20-50 mins because they don’t know what they’re doing and don’t know how to fix there mess up. At this point I feel I should be given some free months of washes as I’ve paid for a membership I’m unable to use.
I went in this car wash as a first time customer and upon coming out realized it had ripped off the side trimming of my car. Never in my life have I had this happen from a car wash, but today it did. Not only was the girl working very aloof, but seemed to show a severe lack of concern, as well as lack of knowledge regarding protocol following such kinds of incidents. I’m so disappointed and hope this place tries to make it right. I went in hoping to leave with a clean car, instead I left with a piece of my car in the trunk and complete disappointment.
