a week agoI’ll give it 5 stars cause I took a car that had been sitting under a tree for a good while. I went through the soft touch wash and paid $15 for the Extreme Wash. It got 95% of the gunk off the car. I was impressed!a month agoCost me a lot of money just to make my car dirtier than it was before I got there had to go home and scrub off the dirt from the scrub brush and the power washer didn’t even rinse off all the soap. Its a rip off.5 months agoIt’s terrible for the cost. I’ve been to cheaper car washes that did a much better job. This place doesn’t even clean the bumpers and headlights. It does an ok job on the top and sides, just not the front and back. The dryer is almost worthless when it’s leaking water all over while it’s trying to dry the car.2 months agoBest car wash in town. 5 months agoI’m very happy about my decision to to business with Scales Auto Detailing. I was tired of seeing crumbs and dust in the nooks and crannies of my SUV, so I made an appointment. Zach did a fabulous job of making my car shine both inside and out. You can tell he takes pride in a job well done. Everything about this experience was first class. I took my 2003 Explorer that my ex used to do construction work out of & it looked like it had been thru God knows what, I was figuring on it being around $500 for someone to even attempt to detail it. When I tell you they did their thing on my car and it didn’t break the bank. If I didn’t know that it was my car I would’ve never believed it.. It looks absolutely amazing. My wife and I go here about every 2 or 3 months. The price is fair for what you get.
We do bring our cars when they are really dirty. I also presoak the rims with cleaners and still have to pull over to the vacuum area and wipe the rims and edges off after buying a mid level wash.
The car wash is worth the money! It gets your car clean and shiny! However, they have a lot of work to do on the vacuums. There were only 4 vacuum hoses actually working and even then the nozzle was broken! I am a club member and visit Tidal Wave often but it’s very frustrating when you pay for a service monthly and cannot even vacuum the inside of your vehicle. Disappointed with this location. I’m sure the associates knew half the vacuums were down and there was another associate fixing one of the hoses that was working, because the nozzle on that one was broke. The one I was using tried to be fixed but the plastic piece was broken.
It was great. I had the free car wash for texting the stores number and my car is very clean and shiny. Staff was very easy going and no problems occurred even with the coupons. Thanks tidal wave for the brand new looking shine on my vehicle! Will visit again.
Super expensive automatic car wash that did not clean the hood or roof of my vehicle. Purchased the interior detailing which was basically a poor vacuum job and poor wipe down of the dash, door handles, and some door jambs. The worst part was the window cleaning. The windows were worse than when I began as all of they did was smear everything. For a little more money I could have gone to a professional detailer and had a much better job done. Do not waste your money here.
This place is a joke. If I could leave fewer star I would. Last week on the 13th, I took my Ford fusion to get washed. As the machine was drying my car, the roller came down and broke my antenna of. The worker wrote an incident report and claimed the manager would call the next day. No word from any. I re-visted the store multiple time and all they could say was I’m sorry he is not here. Yesterday I left an estimate on the damage and low and behold, I was contacted this morning @ 7:24, August 22, over a week later, by the rude and angry Jeremiah. As soon a I answer the phone, early as heck, the website say the business doesn’t open up until 8, he starts yelling, this is Jeremiah with Tide wave, as we told you plenty of times, we are not replacing your antenna and your estimate is ridiculously. I try to asked how long he would be in but he hung up in my face. I have a picture of the sign. It it read antenna that are not lowered or taken off, mines was neither, it’s a standard antenna that can not be taken off. So I’m left with over 400 worth of damage for a 22 dollar car wash. THIS IS NOT FAIR, PAY FOR YOUR MISTAKES
