What do you think?3 weeks agoAlejandro and team made my 2012 Mini look brand new again!! They did a full interior/exterior detail for me and put on my car’s first ever ceramic coating, so a full paint correction as well. They even made the greying trim black again. It has truly never looked better. Alejandro is so friendly and has been super responsive.Just picked up my car from my check in/first wash after ceramic coating and I’m astonished again, will most definitely be coming back here and spreading the word of Deep Reflections to whoever will listen!
3 months agoI recommend Deep Reflections if you need your car detailed. I took my car to have the interior cleaned, which had years of my kids footprints on the back of the front seats, and dirty doors from handling and little feet pushing the doors open over the years. The seats also needed cleaning. I didn’t have great expectations that the leather seats could be brought back into great condition. However, Deep Reflections exceeded my expectations. The interior looked next to new when I picked up the car. Moreover, although I’d only paid for the interior to be cleaned, they had washed the outside and even cleaned the tires. It looked great. Alejandro was very pleasant when I met him, and honestly answered my questions alerting me that numerous small paint chips couldn’t be repaired with the ceramic service they offer. I was ready to pay for that, and his honesty was appreciated.a month agoI recently took my car to Deep Reflections for detailing, and the results were outstanding. They meticulously cleaned both the interior and exterior, and the ceramic coat they applied looks flawless. Alejandro was consistently helpful, ensuring open communication every step of the way. 7 months agoThis place is amazing! I always bring my car to Pablo! He has been extremely friendly and helpful whenever I need to have him clean it up! Also he did the tinting on my Lamborghini which turned out amazing! I would highly recommend him! He perfects his work and I’ve never seen my car look so clean until I went to him! The prices are very reasonable, you might need to wait a little bit but at the end it will be worth it. Please call for an appointment, they accept walks in.4 years agoI bought a Groupon for Younik’s window tint service. All passenger and rear windows for $159. Paid $45 extra to have a tint strip across the top of my windshield. I just got it done today and I am pleased. They started promptly and finished before the 3 hour window they told me. Thanks for pimping my ride, Younik! Lol! Actually, besides aesthetics, I had my windows tinted to protect me, my passengers and my car interior from the sun.Also the location is great — both right off the freeway and near the Los Gaots Creek Trail. Nothing like a stroll through nature to kill time.

They do such an impeccable job that there’s no sign of dog hair on my fabric seats once they are done. They have also removed big stains from my car seat in the past. Totally worth it!

Good service, friendly staff but the quality is below average. The $99 package including washing, vacuuming, waxing isn’t really worth it. Water and wax marks everywhere. Some part is like half cleaned. My first time and probably the last time.
I have been going here since the 90’s. The quality is good as are the people. I am giving a one star review to the monthly drive thru wash program – Fast Pass. This is totally misrepresented by the sales people and unless you get your car washed more than once a month, a rip off. First time i tried it the salesman told me i could get any car washed (we have three). When i was checking out i confirmed the terms with the cashier, but she told me it was limited to the one car. So i was able to cancel before paying- great. Second time they offered a free wash as an incentive, and for a month i could wash any car, and easy to cancel. The free wash was the same as the monthly fee, so why not. I fell for it… it is nearly impossible to cancel. They can’t cancel on site after you pay, you have to call, but no one will answer the phone and call backs are hard to get. I threatened to leave a bad review and they finally called me back and told me it was cancelled. They also charged me for the free wash a month later so… some deal. Now my wife calls me and tells about this great deal she got from them. I say it is a monthly fee and a rip off. She says no it is one time. I tell her to check and of course it is the same terrible deal but she already paid so the cashier can’t cancel it.
Now she has to call to cancel, threaten bad reviews, etc. So i am writing the bad review now – the people selling “Fast Pass” know very little about it, they can’t accurately explain it to you. It is a rip off. You can’t cancel without threats. Avoid their revenue increase scheme at your expense.
First of all, $45 to wash your car is ridiculous. It was $30 a couple of years ago and that was a splurge. The salespeople are relentless, trying to get you to upgrade or to pay by the month instead of the wash. Just give me what I want, thank you. It used to be a pleasant experience but it’s not anymore. Worst of all, the car still isn’t that clean when they are done. I still have to go over it and wipe away spots that were missed. From now on I’ll go to the $8 automatic wash or just wash it myself.
This is a scam where they make you sign up for a subscription service and then make it exceedingly difficult to cancel. You have to call the phone number they provide, as they can’t cancel it from their car wash locations, but they’ll never answer the phone. How convenient!
If you signed up, all I can say is: good luck.
Do not come here. The car wash severely damaged the hood of my car and scratched the paint down to the metal. The monthly subscription is basically a scam unless you want to risk significant cosmetic damage to your vehicle every month.
