3 months agoWent by today to get my truck washed and the seats shampooed. The young man who did my seats is awesome. He removed all the stains and even cleaned the windows. I recommend them to anyone wanting a great car wash with a friendly touch.4 weeks agoGot my free basic car wash via Grease Monkey. My car isn’t spotless, but it’s definitely looking MUCH better than it was. The vacuums work really well too – lost a favorite pen by accident lol2 months agoI had to stop by to see if the technicians could help me get out some major looking water stains on my vehicle. They were so helpful and knew exactly what to do to resolve the problem. They are truly appreciated. The manager was so awesome as well as her team.a year agoThese guys did an amazing job! 7 months agoWent through and wash put scratches all over the top of my car, tried to bring it up was pretty much blown off and disregarded.Update, email provided to reach out to owner provided no additional consideration or help. I was left at a dead end after providing store location haven’t heard back sense.
a month agoI really like this car wash, it’s clean and polite. Everyone there assist you with whatever you need. It’s just ashame that some can’t appreciate a great place like this one on the corner of Medford. Can you believe I watched one woman target my son to harass him to rehash her truck. Literally she sat in her truck mind you it’s 8pm “They’re CLOSED” and she’s still there harassing the workers. They have a nice touch in the air hose at each setup to really get in those hard to reach spots of your vehicle. No machine to do floor mats that I saw. The prices weren’t bad but were a little misleading. Posted price and the price charged were not the same so you might want to check it before you pay. All in all, not bad. We might be back.5 months agoThis car wash is decently ok enough for a quick and simple wash wax and vacuum of your vehicle.Revised with additional review It would be a whole better experience if there was self service with the shampooer for each vehicle at the vacuums stations.
2 weeks agoGreat place. They have machines to clean your car mats (far end of the vacuum area) as well as cleaning cloths, cleaning sprays and interior scents.

The staff is a very friendly and i this so convenient. I love how there is not a time limit on how long you can use the vacuum. I also like the covered area for detailing your car. My car comes out super clean every time I drive through this car wash and I don’t feel like it does any damage to my exterior paint. The membership is also very affordable and I would definitely do it if I was in town more.
One of the best car wash places around. Friendly staff, nice quick wash, free vacuums, and if you opt in for the Take 5 Pro wash, they have a nice window and interior cleaner. They also have clean, micro fiber towels.
I wash my car a couple times a month and their monthly payment plans are cheap and save me money.
Place has gone downhill in the past few yrs. Staff is pretty cool but the vacuums are terrible. If you have the min Monthly Membership your car barely gets cleaned and your wheels are still dirty like you never went through. They know how to save on expenses for sure, but at what cost? Great location but probably worth the drive elsewhere.

I feel bad for the hard working gentleman that work here.
Vaccums do not work in the rain. I was told that if I wanted to use the vaccums I’d have to pay $25,000 to replace the unit. The employee on duty continued to try and justify that the vaccums never work by proceeding to continually exclaim they are FREE to use, and, that they would still get customers either way. The customer service of the manager has not been great. I know they work hard, and it’s most likely due to the owners being cheap and running their air lines out or PVC instead of air hoses. But, could use improvement. I can imagine it’s hard to work at a place that undervalues it’s own business and customers, therefore, making a managers job unfulfilling.
