I’ve been a member of Mister Car wash for a good month and have been to 3 locations Layouts will very but I tell you what; vacuum then wash your car recommended. Big thing about this location, PAY ATTENTION to the signs so you won’t accidentally enter the exit side. I sat line for over 3 minutes while the car in-front of me spoke to one of your associates i finally asked the car behind me to bake up and got out of line to go to another lane. I get to the other lane and the car finally decides to move forward. I pay and the lift gate was not up. The car behind me in the original lane pays and goes and Im still sitting at the gate because they never lowered the other. When I tell you horrible horrible service! The guy that took my payment didn’t even seem bothered by it. I ended up with scratches on my door. I went through the car wash then drove home and parked in my driveway. One hour later I came out and see the scratches as I’m entering my driver door. After this I called the car wash with no answer or ability to leave a message. So I emailed the them and surprisingly they responded a few hours later. We arranged a meet. I went down there the next day and met with the manager. He told me the camera couldn’t pick anything up because of the sun which was true. We went and looked at the truck and he told me his issue was the whole truck wasn’t scratched down the side. He also told me the scratches aren’t “rotating scratches”. 🤔 After that I asked to see the cameras, he showed me and it was like he said nothing could be seen. Then we went into hypothetical and I was over arguing the point when he told me it 100% didn’t happen there. Which really rubbed me the wrong way. To his credit he did offer to “help me out” with a detail but at that point I was not wanting anything to do with them. After looking at the scratches more it looks like the side washer could have got stuck under my mirror and pulled into the truck. Hands-down, the best car wash in Manteca! I will only go here because the staff is so friendly and they keep it very clean and there are always vacuums to use that have the best suction ever! Prices are fair, and there is always lots of room and not tons of crowding. Thanks again misters you are the best!
The drying fans have not worked well for months. The back of my small SUV and the sides near the back have a lot of water on them. I have mentioned this and was told they were aware of this and suggested that I use the Louise Ave site since it didn’t have this problem. Ready to cancel my subscription.
I.livedin Tracy for 10 yrs and that was my home mister spot. Recently my.moved to Manteca , Ive been charged 3 times this month ( June ) spike to a couple different workers that told me they sound have management call me . I finally went in today as vd gut thesmagers number it’s been 3 weeks still no refund of the 40$ extra they charged me. Not a good taste in mouth about this Manteca location
In Tracy it would have been refunded to me the first day I complained about it . It’s it like I’ve made amistake . They admitted to the mistake but still hold onto my money . Mekes zero sense for customer service to be this poor
They go too fast , they want the next car right in the back of you. Car doesn’t even dry . It seems like rush to fast. I’m not asking for the car to be all the way dry, but not only 25%.
This chain seems to be really good a good value, good service, and the option to subscribe for unlimited washes is an excellent value. The Manteca location seems to have a better drying system than the other nearby ones, but all 4 I’ve used in the area provide a good wash job.
