Their mid-range ‘Pressure’ wash ($12) left patches of road dust throughout the exterior and failed to remove both bird droppings and freshly fallen fruit from a black olive tree. Have gotten better results from the less expensive ‘Basic Wash’ at the older, not-as-pretty car wash closer to home. Only stopped here because I’d thought that a more modern car wash facility would boast a better wash. This was clearly not the case. I’ve been a member since they open and they used to preassure wash your bumper, rims and back of your car before getting in. Now they still have the person there but not doing it anymore. Also, vacuums are a hit or miss. Cars not clean, and tire shine keeps leaving a track mark along the bottom panel on both sides of my car. And guys at the entrance can be so careless and nonchalant now with wiping down the car before it enters the car wash. No good Spin, get it together.
Past Review: First service was a bad experience but after speaking with my 2 favorite guys (Garrett) here, they have made sure my service is great and I leave here satisfied after every wash. I’ve had the best car wash experiences by far at this location. Monthly memberships it’s is 👍🏽.

For the most part I’ve had excellent experiences at the Miami Gardens location. When arriving at the wash I was told they no longer pressure rinse your vehicle before proceeding into the wash because their system is “upgraded”. What’s interesting about this is; that very same attendant pressure rinsed the car ahead of mine. Wish there was a little more consistency. Overall can’t complain too much.

Louis is an amazing manager and the young lady Jennifer they went above and beyond for me with my situation with the incident report that’s been going on for 3 months if it wasn’t for Louis sending it through and staying on top of it I would have never got the help I needed and the incident report would have still been sitting on that desk . I must say no one goes above and beyond like these 2 Jennifer is always so kind to me and calling and staying on top with the site Manger and makes sure that she always takes care of me . Honestly if it wasn’t for them I would have stopped coming here new management has really been on top of there game in this location . Thank u Luis for being super understanding and helpful and actually caring about the customers and thank u Jennifer for always reassuring u will make sure things get done .
