4 months agoNot recommended. They charged $57. After they are done with washing the car nothing was look clean. They got my keys and told me you should pay before you can drive your car. I noticed they didn’t clean the trunk, exterior, and windows.They said we spent time 20 min on your car but we are not responsible if it got cleaned or not.
a week agoVintage used to be head and shoulders above the rest as one of the few full service locations. That has since changed. They no longer pay attention to detail or take their time on cars. They’re just like the rest now try to get you in an out as fast as possible. I used to watch the older white guy bust his tail cleaning cars, now he’s the outside manager/coordinator of some sort and he doesn’t have his team working like he used to. That’s how long I’ve been going there in case you think I’m just trolling. Get back to your old self please vintage. You used to be great and worth every penny you chargea year agoI paid $55 to have my truck hand washed and did not get what I paid for. I figured hand washing meant cleaning the entire car not true. Windows we’re not cleaned and bugs left on the entire front of my truck. Top and cover of my bed was not cleaned but whipped with a wet towel after and smearing dirt leaving smoggy marks of dirt.2 months agoI’ve been a customer with Vintage Car Wash for almost three years and have had very few negative experiences. I like the convenience that they’re open 7 days a week, and if I you’re in the car club you can get your car washed as much as you want for $65 monthly. Well, that all changed today, this was the 2nd time I’ve had my personal items thrown out. It does not take a college degree to distinguish trash from personal items like, lip gloss, business cards, air freshener, etc. Every manger is different, the staff has always been courteous so this, but I can’t ignore that they don’t hire the best of employees. I’ve decided I will no longer patronize this business bcuz their employees don’t pay attention. Sorry was enough, they had already disposed of my personal items. I will find another location.2 months agoTook my SUV in to get it cleaned up, my son’s and daughter work there. The place is very organized, and clean. There is a little restaurant and gift shop inside. A place to sit and wait. The people are nice and friendly . I think in my opinion, there should be some canopies up for the people who do the drying, especially on the hot, hot days.

As a result of the vehicle in front of me braking the car behind also hit me. Mister Car Wash took an incident report but never took responsibility or followed up. Good luck calling or emailing their corporate customer service they never respond.a month agoComing to this branch is very frustrating. Their vacuum’s are not in working conditions. You’ll be moving from one to another but they are mostly the same. I come on the very first hour of the morning but it seems that they don’t empty their vacuum’s that’s why it don’t work good.4 weeks agoFirst and last time I come to this location completely ignored me when I asked if they could spray the back of my jeep not that hard. The general manager Anna was extremely rude and tried making excuses for the car wash scratching my car!! She yelled at me over the phone and insinuated that I lied about speaking to her reps and them telling me unfortunately this happens a lot and how it had happened earlier that day where someones hub cap came off and some other incidents of bumpers coming off as well!! Anna is the worst general manager and extremely inconsiderate of her customers!! I have been coming here for years and this had never happened to me before so for her to treat me so poorly is extremely appalling! I asked her if I could speak to someone higher than her because she was basically calling me a liar even though her own workers told me about the other incidents that had happened that day and in the past!!!! I am beyond upset and my stress levels are extremely high from how Anna yelled at me! She is so unprofessional & I need to speak to someone in corporate please. My scratches happened at this location and she is not an inspector to say they are inconsistent with her car wash so she needs to do her job correctly!!
Great place for a fast quality wash.. very affordable for unlimited washes! Even the vacuums (self service) are included for free!
Came out with a dented/scratched car and 0 accountability. Manager says the video footage shows the scratches were there prior but I know forsure it happened during the carwash. I asked to review the footage and they will not allow customers to view footage at all unless going through insurance or court. I have a 1000$ deductible… come on!! I guess I’ll fork it out but such a sad experience
Been a monthly member for some time now… I’ll be canceling all 3 of my cars on the monthly plan… be careful!!!!

I’ve been a long time full wash customer for several years. I take my truck through at least once a week. Some times I’ll run it back through after a long drive. No charge for the extra wash. Love this.
Staff is always polite and helpful. Cleaning is good, tho’ some of the brushes look a little worn. Hours are convenient. I find they pack the cars in more closely than Prime Shine did, which increases the chance of a bump in the rear if you delay on exiting.
