a month agoNew Item alert: delicious banana bread from bakery st. The first ingredients are banana; so a great snack for me and kids. I also picked up the jalapeño cheddar bread from Aspen Mills and next time I come in I am going to try the cinnamon chip.2 months agoGreat warehouse for variety of food products. And decent gas prices as well for members only. The place has a great selection of food items and wine. They stock some beer items as well. The place has a cafeteria as well. They have the famous hot dog and pepsi combination for $1.50 which is very economical. They have sundae $2.50 and chicken ceasar salad $6.99. The petrol bunk has normal petrol and premium. They don’t have Diesel in this bunk. They have an in location pharmacy and a specs store. They have a good selection of breakfast items. The in house bakery is decent as well. They do take pre orders for birthday cakes and have half sheet and full sheet cakes. The prices are reasonable for the bakery items like croissants,cookies and pies. Over all a great place to pick up groceries and bakery items. They sell furniture as well. Now they have the Verizon mobile kiosk as well. They do have some jewelry as well. They are a member only store, so the membership will be checked on entry. The membership pays for itself if you are fueling up at the bunk every week especially if you use premium grade petrola month agoIf you order whole pizza to go, check it if it is in good condition because you may be suprised to see someone elses bite when you open later!!!! Some one took a bite before us, funny costco joke!And pay for membership another joke!

3 weeks agoCustomer service was not great, it’s literally the employees that worked in that department too. They were not friendly or courteous at all. The food court though is a different story, the two gentlemen working on the front were so nice, patient and respectful. There was a big line and some people were getting antsy, however they kept their cool and still smiled and were friendly to customers.a week agoCostco is great, but management at this store sucks!!! We were there at 12:45 p.m. today & the lines w-60 deep total halfway to the back of the store. Business is always brisk after a major holiday but these fools are too ignorant to be prepared & have registers open!! Further, the end aisles are always blocked by pallets & loaded carts left behind. U won’t see this nonsense at the Woodlands store + a fire hazard.

a week agoI had mixed experiences with their customer relations team. While the older white lady provided friendly and helpful service, I encountered issues with other staff members.Unfortunately, some employees, including one who wore a lot of gold ornaments, one young asian and tall white lady ( sorry i don’t know there names that’s why i describe like this way ) appeared less friendly and welcoming. It’s essential that Costco ensures a consistent and friendly customer service experience for everyone, regardless of their background.I believe in promoting equal treatment for all customers, irrespective of race or ethnicity. I hope Costco takes steps to address this issue and ensures that all their employees have the training and mindset to provide exceptional service with a smile.Costco, you have the potential to make every customer’s shopping experience great, so let’s work towards that goal together.3 months agoCostco is pretty much always incredibly busy at this location. I’d strongly suggest making sure you are able to take your time to shop and get through the warehouse for all you need. I’ll update more pictures during my next visit but at this moment, what stuck out for me was the Samsonite luggage that’s available.a week agoCostco is always amazing. I can walk out of there with three items and my bill is almost $200. That’s why I only go to Costco maybe once or twice a month. But overall I always have the best experience at Costco.2 months agoThis is the first time I’ve had the luxury to visit a Costco. It is very similar to Sam’s I. Terms of operations. Product wise, this location in particular see.s to cater to people who choose a healthier life style. Personally That’s the reason this place gets 5 stars. I was going to give it 4 simply because You can’t use your phone to scan and pay, but the upside of it is the organic options, beef and chicken instead of pork options. In terms of healthy variety I love it!3 weeks agoEverything’s great except for the parking. There’s quite a few parking spaces where the convenient paths to your car require blocking the main throughways with incoming and outgoing from the streets. Having more checkout lanes open would be helpful as well. Despite the new self checkout the front is still a mess

I enjoy looking at their seasonal items. I fell in love with the stackable shoebox & organizer. Shoes will now be dust free and I’ll be able to quickly find the pair I want to wear.
Good place to shop A to Z items for less,competative price too.Just all one by one rack line and have a glance of all products including eatables.etc etc etc.
Then choose picking things to fill up your trolly.
But remember to take membership card just in front of entrance.
Must not miss shipping in this marvelous whole sale shop.
So crowded, but this location has the most Asian food/ingredient/dessert choices. Staff at self checkout were friendly and fast so we didn’t have to wait long.
It is a great store. LOTS of really great stuff. The bargains are incredible and the quality seems to be so good. I did learn today that if you’re wanting to slowly and enjoyably see what all the store has to offer, obviously Friday late afternoon is NOT the best time to explore. That’s the time for a multitude of very serious shoppers that know exactly what their are in there for. I’m excited to go back a much less busy day and time to see even more of their offerings.
Always a nice time. The pizza and mango smoothie were delicious. It was raining hard but the staff handled getting the traffic out of the parking lot very well.
