3 months agoAbsolutely love this store. They have amazing employees.6 months agoNice and clean – not too much crowd. Sells liquor (hard spirit) – hard liquors are at least 20% less than the market. All items in stock and taste check out lanes. Have gas station also. Ample parking and courteous employees. Food court was clean and served food quickly.4 months agoI was so happy to know that there was going to finally be a Costco here in town, I have been to the one in Cali and it was awesome. Unfortunately my hopes quickly vanished the minute I entered this establishment. First of all, they don’t have any security guards, which is irrelevant to me, bit they compensate not having them by training all their employees to assume one is a thief. As soon as I walked into the store (or attempted to) I was approached by a guy that demanded to see out Costco card, as if anyone would be able to actually buy anything there without it. I asked him to chill and showed him my card. Their stock is vast and they have about the same pricing as Sam’s club. What ruined my entire experience was when I approached the cashier to pay, they have an automated system that is “guarded” by like 5 employees, in particularly this gentleman named Vlair or Vlad, he, at all times kept looking at my cart and kept asking me if I had already scanned my items. When it was time to pay, my card kept giving an error, to my surprise, Costco does not accept Discover nor MasterCard (see pic). Tho which the employee made me aware very rudely. Their self check out computers, require you to place every single item on the table, and it will not let you continue nor pay until all the items are on the table, which raises a question as to why this employee kept harassing me to make sure I scanned everything. Even after I had paid, he asked to check my receipt, at that point I just looked at him and told him to stick to his job, which he replied, “this is my job, to make sure no one steals”. I got a membership for the year so I will continue to go there periodically, but come next year, I think not.8 months agoOh, I love this store! It has quality merchandise in bulk. The building is quite large so make sure to wear comfortable walking shoes. They have everything from clothing, books, fresh produce, dairy, deli items, bakery, as well as dog food, canned soups and nuts. I highly recommend the Kirkland brand which is the actual Costco brand. A lot of times they offer really great deals, and the quality is top notch. You do have to purchase a membership to enjoy all the benefits such as discounted rates at the Costco fuel pumps. They also offer their credit card with point rewards. I love this place!4 months agoWould have given 5 stars but they put out two bad pallets of a cherry tomato mix. After we let a supervisor know they had rotting tomatoes, someone went through the containers on top, taking out only the rotting ones they could see. The entire pallet was compromised at that point. I went back a few days later and there was one pallet left… Still moldy and rotten to the point there was a liquid dripping into the other containers below it. Quality control seems to be an issue at this store. Be sure to take extra care when buying fresh ingredients from this store.

a month agoThe bakery and fruit/produce was so fresh! I got a bunch of plums and tomatoes and not a spot of rot. Great options for take and bake dinners although it’d be nice to have more beef options. I came for a chicken pot pie which they always have had but they didn’t have any when I wanted one (naturally lol) I want to go back for this storage shed. It was a great price for its size and quality. 3 different employees giving samples but only one spoke to me so I was too shy to beg for a sample from those 2 without being offered the sample lol.4 months agoSeems like they have a much higher quality product line than their competitor. I also like that they have plenty of team members that ask you if you need assistance. I was asked 4 separate times in a single visit – excellent customer service!in the last weekAmazing experience each time at the gas pump! So easy to get in and get out and premium gas is always 0.5¢-$1 cheaper than anywhere else! The store is another issue they are paranoid that you are using someone else’s card, I’ve been checked up to 4 times in one visit! Way too much. Freaking chill please.a week agoCostco’s would get five stars if they would build an app to where you could shop and check like Sam’s does. But Costco’s has some really good prices on meat and things that you can’t get at Sam’s so I recommend having a Costco’s as well as a Sams membership. Feel like Costco’s has better pork options and Sam’s has better beef options but that’s just my opinion.in the last weekI went into the store today on Chenal in Little Rock. Ronnie Freeman is an amazing employee! He was at the customer service desk when I was leaving with six (6) cases of bottled water, huge pack of toilet paper and a huge pack of paper towels and some other items in my buggy stacked higher than me. I’m wearing a neck brace, back brace and arm and shoulder sling and a wrist brace from a serious car accident that totaled my vehicle in July.. He offered to help me and walked with me to my vehicle, loaded everything neatly into my rental vehicle but did so with a smile. I am grateful i’m meeting him today; his kindness meant the world to me. THANK YOU RONNIE!

My whole family loves shopping at Costco. We buy everything from dog food (premium quality, of course) to televisions there. I recently bought new tires. You have to wait about an hour each time, but they balance and rotate tires for free when bought there. They sell quality products and are great at refunding money if you are unhappy with your product for any reason.
The store’s inventory and prices are good. However, I felt like a heifer going through the shoot at the”food” lot. Scott was not personable or friendly at all. Rather, I felt I was an inconvenience at his register as he and his helper, who was there to run me through even more quickly, made haste. I began to wonder if I was on a conveyor belt. And then, as always, I was check to make sure I wasn’t stealing anything as I went out the door.
Nice clean an well stocked but wayyyy too expensive! But you can find things there u can’t find in other stores an the clothing isn’t too bad priced but wow it’s a very expensive visit every time. I go there just to buy the ckn wings and clothes. An sample the free food samples they give out. Kind of fun some times.
My most recent shopping experience was negative. I bought bagged salad and cauliflower which both were moldy when opened that evening which I might add are expensive items that you don’t want to put back in a broken bag to take back to the store for a refund. Especially after the bad experience with the check out line. Don’t use self check out unless you only have 1-2 items. I couldn’t scan items and get them accepted. The staff would not cancel my order so I could go to regular line. I then go to leave after it took a long time to check my items out and I had missed an item checking out. It took 3 people to figure out what was missing at the door to exit so everybody stared as they left, 30 minutes and finally I was able to leave after handing back the item missed which was caused by the self check out not working properly. I didn’t care at that point and just wanted to escape the store. The ridiculous thing is that 5 different staff told me that self check out didn’t work right and to not use it. Why have something in your store that doesn’t work?? I would contact the company but it is so difficult to find a phone number for corporate and I do not want to “chat”.
What can you say about Costco that isn’t positive? Yes over crowded on weekends cause that is when most peeps are off so no surprise or negative there. Great discounts to help us save money every trip.
