a week agoI had one of the worst experiences ever at this location. My son ordered pizza 🍕 by phone here for the children he worked with as a treat for his last day on the job. I offered to pick it up for him and bring it to his place of employment.When I arrived at the time he selected for pick-up the pizza hadn’t even been started 😳, let alone ready. When I approached the register to inquire about the pizza order the lady acted as though I was bothering her. I guess they feel that everything should be handled through their order kiosk but that wasn’t possible with the issue I was having. I was told the pizza wasn’t prepared and I’d have to wait. So, I sat down to wait.
While I do enjoy “people watching 👀 ” you can only do that for so long. I waited an unreasonable amount of time without my son’s name being called or anyone letting me know anything about the order. Reluctantly (because I knew I was going to have to deal with nasty attitudes), I approached the register AGAIN to ask about the order. Guess what?!? The order had already been completed and placed on the prepared order shelf for God only knows how long.
Needless to say, I was LIVID inside. There was never an apology, a drink offered while I waited, a smile, courteous and professional behavior offered – NOTHING!!!!! I just took the pizza and left immediately.
Once I arrived with the pizza my son offered me some. I tasted a slice and it was very good. The value is phenomenal. However, I just can’t deal with the horrible customer service and lack of professionalism at this location so if I ever do return for pizza it will definitely have to be a different location all together. To think, I thought about switching my membership but this was such a bad experience it completely turned me off from that idea 💡.

They have much better brand names than Sam’s Club, and have a better ethic about the quality of what they sell. I’ve been a member of both, and dropped my Sam’s Club membership after a few years of comparison shopping. Yes, some items at Costco are a little more expensive than a comparable item at Sam’s Club, but usually also light-years better quality and backed by a much more stable brand name. Service at Costco is always excellent. I’ve never had a single problem returning anything from food to clothing, and electronics. Costco truly bends over backwards to ensure your satisfaction. Certainly cannot say that about the other place.a month agoCostco, love it or hate it. We love it. The quality of the products is great for the price. Customer service is as good as it gets. We have our particular items we get regularly and look for those unique items. Keep an eye open for the discounted items. We have found some amazing deals.8 months agoThese pictures are of the Sanus tv mount 360 full rotation. I live this location because it always carries Top Brands at least 25-40 percent off. I would comment on the rotisserie chicken and the food court… but we all know that it’s Amazing. $1.50 for hotdog and drink🔥

a week agoWe had a very large order and a malfunctioning online pay app, and Sarah was absolutely phenomenal in helping find an answer and calling over more help, as well as having the best attitude towards us and our large order (in the past sometimes employees have complained about the extra work), she was smiling the whole time. She called over her supervisor to help us figure out the issue (which is a great skill—knowing when to ask for help) and the supervisor (sorry, I don’t remember her name) ended up having to re-type in the whole order for us to be able to pay for it, and when we apologized she said “No, you don’t have any reason to apologize, I’m happy to help you.” Great service!a week agoVery busy Costco, but all was well organized. Very helpful self-checkout staff! Not too many gas pumps, but it went smoothly. Get there before noon on Saturday! It’s not my favorite Costco, because of the roads to get there.a month agoThe Costco Food court did an outstanding job for me today! At first the kiosk wasn’t operating properly. Nathaniel came, and helped me walk through with processing my payment. Then they quickly baked two pizzas in 12 minutes!!! Might I also say that they are very tasty and for only 9.95 plus tax brought the total to 21.76!!!! Gotta say for the price this pizza is a Steal! I mean come on, these things are monstrous!! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the incredible selection of products. Whether it was groceries, electronics, or household items, Costco had it all.The staff at Costco was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were readily available to answer any questions and provide assistance whenever needed. Their exceptional customer service truly made my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free.
The quality of the products at Costco is top-notch. I was impressed by the variety of brands available and the reasonable prices. It’s a one-stop-shop for all my needs, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchases.

5 months agoWell this is highly disappointing. I was excited to open my candles and much to my dismay not one or two but Three candles were already burned?!!!! That’s beyond frustrating. Imagine if you were shopping from many counties away and got home to find this– it’s annoying enough I live in Shawnee and will have to drive back if i want this fixed. This feels like a 1 star but I genuinely like the Lenexa Costco…. Annoyed very very annoyed. Check your candles y’all!

It’s costco, what’s not to like? The store is clean. Employees are helpful and friendly. The ready-made meals are my go-to and the bakery. The best around. Try a sample or two. Go get everything you need in bulk size, including those bulk socks, because you know them kids be losing their socks. Don’t forget your hot dog and drink on the way out. It’s a truly delicious treat.
I really enjoyed the shopping experience here, mostly for groceries. Dairy and meat products are always of good quality and tend to be good values, and this place is a staple for coffee. I also enjoy the samples, and sometimes busting the chops of the outside reps who try to push their wares a tad aggressively. I like the fact that there’s almost always some sort of surprise that you don’t expect.
We were visiting the area and made a quick visit to this Costco soon before closing, which was great, as it was emptying out. I was impressed by the large selection of artisan cheese and made a new acquisition, while my husband was happy to find cases of local beer for a good price. The self checkout was super fast thanks to a helpful employee who scanned the beer.
I am a Costco fan. If you have the space for huge portions, you gotta go here. I’ve bought everything from brisket to golf balls. Great gas prices too.
I’m at Costco at least once a week and everyone who works there is awesome! We walk around every isle just to get out and walk around out of the heat and always enjoy ourselves. It’s clean and organized and we can always find what we need. Make sure you say high to Dave at the door! If you’ve ever thought service was going in a hand basket he will restore a little of your faith in humanity. His positive attitude is contagious
