I used to love shopping at Target but lately they have fallen short. Todays experience was like going to a thrift store or a flea market. I went in to find a couple of nice outfits for my son but the kids department was in terrible shape, so bad that after 15 minutes I just left without anything. I can’t shop in a store that is this cluttered and this doesn’t happen in just an hour, this is a couple of days of no one folding and organizing the clothes. This is a management issue. Target used to have some class but they dropped the good men’s clothing brands a few years back, and now they manage their stores like Walmart and for the record I will not shop at Walmart. It looks like Target is losing a couple more shoppers to the online markets again.
There is so much stuff all of the floor and piled on shelves it looks like a tornado went thru the store. I thought I was at Walmart. Either the staff and managers don’t care about this store or they are severely understaffed. If I ran this store I would be embarrassed either way. Glad I am not local. If I was this would be a store I avoid.
They opened up a register and told us to use it- then no one showed up to actually check us out. We then watched as other customers were checked out of the register we were told to leave. No one came and corrected. We finally left the line, which had now people behind us to go back to the other line.
The store is in shambles. Clothes are all over the floor. The place looks like a Ross store, which isn’t a compliment.
I felt like I was at the flea market with higher prices, and less friendly staff. The only thing missing were dirt floors and churros.
I could have used a churro.
Couldn’t find what I needed for the clutter overflowing from the stock room. Bizarre. Is this Target or Dollar General? If pics are removed as management is prone to do just know there are 7 images of clutter blocking aisles, shelves and merchandise. Found what I needed at Bed, Bath and Beyond. We placed an order online to pick up in store and asked the guest services desk if they could kindly pick our item’s because we were in a hurry. When she looked out order was there but she wouldn’t put it together even though we had all the items ready for them to scan and complete. It’s not the kind of service I’ve ever had to deal with from any Target. We even did the work for them. We made sure the department our 3 items came from was not busy at all. They asked us to cancel our BOPIS order and just purchase it instead! Terrible service. We had already paid for it. Sometimes Target- you go out of your way for people who tell you what they need and ask you kindly for help. I will not be buying from here any longer. The manager was Jason but for some reason I was unable to reach this man even when I tried calling.
