3 weeks agoJonathan in the electronic department should honestly be fired or get better training for customer service, the way he let a customer disrespect another customer and do nothing and laugh along with him which enables this behavior to be acceptable in target is seriously concerning. This target needs to do better and get a better employee for this department. Shame on you Jonathan.a year agoThis target is very hit or miss. I went over the weekend and the selves where very empty. I stop by every few months and look at the grocery section and the holiday section. Always make sure to check the clearance sections… The one by the pharmacy can have some really good deals. Overall not my favorite target but it will do in a pinch.2 years agoi had a pretty bad experience at this location. i had a list of different items from different areas of the store and they really didn’t have that much of what i needed in stock. the aisles were dirty and items were messy in most. the store was extremely crowded with none of the employees cleaning up the store either.5 years agoOne star is one too many. I have informed the store on a number of occasions and now it’s just gotten ridiculous. This store is always a mess and the employees there are a huge part of the problem. I said I would not go back due to them never having any of the items I need in stock, but am tired of the inconvenience of having to drive elsewhere because this Target can’t seem to get it together. Shame on me for trusting it would be any different, but to my surprise they actually had my soap in stock for once. I was there last night and the photos are the result of my horrible shopping experience. The store was a disaster!!! None of the scanners were working and as you can see the aisles were littered with merchandise. What the hell is going on Target??? I once heard you are guilty by association based on the company you keep… well that was evident as one of the employees named “Hue” was talking VERY loud and inappropriately telling another associate that she was a “wild child” etc. At first I thought it was another shopper and to my surprise it was an associate. So it comes as no surprise the place looks like a zoo since wild children seem to be running the show there! Take a look for yourself. SHAME on the people who make a mess in the first place like littering the parking lot and evidently the store, BUT REALLY SHAME ON YOU TARGET AND MANAGEMENT FOR ALLOWING ANY PART OF THIS AND NOT ADDRESSING IT. The whole experience at this location for the past 8-9 months up till last night has been just awful and it was not surprising while walking through the store that I over heard other shoppers commenting “This Target sucks”…my sentiments exactly. This Target is horrible and I am wondering how many bad reviews it will take for anyone there to reach out and or at the very least start to take notice? It’s time to wake up Target Management!9 months agoHas my favorite hair care products at this location! I love it! Target joes across the parking lot too very convenient.

a year agoThe staff was super great, the store was super nice and they actually had more of a selection then we thought. The refrigerator section is SO LOUD that you can hear your spouse. That might be a good thing depending on your relationship! All and all this place is awesome!!
2 months agoI thought it would be great having a Target nearby but they fail to stock even the simplest, everyday items. Prices seem to be about 20% higher across the board compared to larger Target stores. This store always seems to be empty.3 months agoIf there’s anything specific your looking for, good luck finding it. They have the littlest amount of any specific thing. Why did this place have to be half groceries when there are 4-5 other groceries nearby that anyone here would prefer? Whoever designed this place has their head where the sun don’t shine7 months agoThis Target is a smaller one, and they don’t carry the Goodfellow shaving razors here. There is NO electronics section either. Not as small as the Target at Rusty Leaf Plaza in Orange but still a smaller one compared to most with a visibly narrower selection of what they do carry here.a year agoI absolutely love Target and understand it’s different in every city. But for someone to look at you rudely when you wanted to use the self check out rather than to interact, that says a lot. We were stared at and approached a rude cashier who rolled her eyes at us when checking out. It made us feel uncomfortable, bc she looked at us as if we were at the wrong for wanting to go to the self check out than her lane.

It’s a Target. Typical shopping experience. They’ll probably have what you’re looking for, but u mte try the app to search for an item over a larger area. Customer service may be eh but do yourself a favor, put your headphones on and order a drink for pick up at the in-store Starbucks then turn up your favorite playlist or podcast and enter ‘your experience’ here.
Generally good, however, recently an extremely annoying pickup in car experience. When ordered online was told there were none at Harbor Blvd. but could be picked up E 17th location. In due course received notice it was ready. I responded on my way, arrival, parking space. I could not reach anyone in store by phone. No one came, finally received message they were busy and wait would be longer. Finally, after some 45 minutes I was able to get a phone call through and someone came but without merchandise. She was very pleasant and was eventually (after several tries by phone) able to determine my order was now available at Harbor Blvd.!! I drove there and picked order up. What should have taken some 30 min. took 2+ hours. It was cold; I am old and handicapped. I rely on delivery to car for shopping at Target.
I live in Santa Ana and I go out of my way to this location. This store is spacious, clean, and has what I need. An Ulta Beauty inside is a plus! The parking lot is a good size and I can also pop in a few stores down to Sprouts.
Women at check out allegedly has been working here for 18 years, the security tag fell of a box i was carrying and she accused me of taking it off, she purposely kept the other security tag on the other box AFTER PAYING to accuse me of stealing, as its her job to make sure all security tags are off. And she told me “maybe I (the customer) should be more careful because they dont just “fall” off”
Strange product selection. Very low on practical items like housewares. We don’t really need so many clothing selections and food items when there are so many options nearby. Could use more housewares and practical things like electronics. Also feels understaffed.
