a week agoTarget has the best customer service team!! My item arrived severely damaged and they went above and beyond to try and find a product in store that would work, but they came up empty. Hope she gets advised of this review.5 months agoIt is extremely hard for me to comprehend why at 8:39pm on a saturday night ONLY the self checkout was open, with one employee who was definitely handling the area with extreme competence the best they could, and a line snaking down the main track of the store heading to grocery. And this is apparently not a random occurence because while we were standing in line waiting new customers who were entering the store walking past us were also commenting about how this location has gone downhill service wise because the line we were in was not atypical. Again I want to point out the young lady who was working to keep the self checkout area running smoothly was doing so as quickly and as efficiently as possible, refiling money, refilling bags, removing clothing tags, helping other guests when they needed it however, there is/was NO, zero, none, excuse for her to have been there solo with the crowd of people that was being moved through that area. Target disappointed me tonight. The only other employee that I saw step up tonight was the team member working in guest services who offered to help check out guests who had 10 items or less and there were several team members who I saw walk by, look at the line that was very obvious, and walk on through like it was nothing new, like guest service was not something that was a priority. Shame on this location, shame on Target.

4 months agoThis place is terrible and getting worse. They cant keep anything in stock. Usually out of ice, basic fruits, sodas, and other essentials. They dont carry things you would expect, like beer cheese. Most items are over priced. And the convenient checkouts next to the parking lot door are no longer open because of “staffing”. But three clerks will be on their phones at the front counter. You will have to hit a second market at least every other time you go, so unless you are one of the kids living upstairs, just shop somewhere else. It will save you money, time, and frustration.a year agoPretty unique Target on the campus of The University of Kentucky! A lot of food products but the male clothing was lacking a bit. You have a huge selection of Alcohol, Pizza , and cosmetics for the ladies. This location has a CVS Pharmacy. Perfect location for college students. A little bit difficult for parking. 1st time here! We came around 8 pm on a Tuesday night and it was busy. There was only one check lane open and the u scans had people waiting in a line. Tons of parking available. We got what we needed and left. Starbucks is on the inside.
Came to pick up a drive up order I had purchased. Got there to find that the item was absolutely crushed. Literally the employee handed it to me without any word, had I not looked in the bag before pulling out of the curbside spot it would have ruined our day, as the item picked up was going to be a birthday gift. In what world is it okay to sell an item that is absolutely falling out of the packaging and the packaging is irreparably crushed, looks like it was stepped on and thrown around 32 times, etc? I just don’t understand. Quality control. At best, this item should have been HEAVILY discounted, but as it was going to be a gift, I had to return it and go find a comparable item. The fact that they delivered this to my car is crazy to me. Every corner was crushed and even though the item was secured to the bottom with this plastic, it still felt like the item was not secured to/in the box. I guess the kids doing curbside want people to never use the service again, so they destroy the items? I just don’t understand how this made it to a customer for full price.
It’s Target- what’s not to love! They have almost everything you could want at really good prices. I’m super spoiled by the drive-up service now. I can order anything, and it’ll be ready in 2 hours. They just bring it to your car for free! I have noticed they’ve seemed short staffed lately, but everywhere is like that since the pandemic, I think.
A+. No problems. Customer service helpful and quick. Easier than searching the shelves. Will definitely do my Christmas shopping online.
Fast and Easy. I purchased online, and was told 2hr pickup. They emailed me a 1/2hour later letting me know it was ready for pick up. Very helpful at the store. Offered to bring it out to my car. Great Customer Service, and excellent wait time.
