3 years agoThe store is always clean. Much more the employees are friendly. And will help someone and not make you feel like you are bothering them. I walk down an aisle and if there is someone who works there they great me or if they are walking. When I go to this store I can count on great service helpful and friendly employees quality products and great price. It start with management they’ll do whatever it takes to make it right I did an order online for pickup I placed the order and notified in a few one of the items was out of stock so I reordered and substituted a similiar item. It was ready for pickup quickly. Also the bag which they use is really great. They need another person behind the counter now. It was steadily busy and the wait time was a little too long.a year agoThis is a good Target store. They have plenty of clothes, household items and nice pharmacy and health supplies. I wish they had more groceries but they have good snacks, candy and drinks. They also have nice holiday items especially for Christmas. It seems rather clean and safe.4 months agoWoke company, woke staff/rude staff. Homeless hangin around in the parking lot and even going into the store. Trash is always piling up outside near the entrance. Décor has been the same since the 90’s and needs an update for sure. If you have to go to Target in Mobile, go to the one on Schillinger, at least its clean. I for one wont be giving these woke lunies anymore of my money.4 months agoGreat choice of products and pick up in store was so easy plus excellent customer service!!3 months agoConstruction next door made it very dusty and dirty in the parking. Very low inventory on electronics especially TVs. Nothing seemed to be a spectacular purchase by no real deals.🏪🛒😷

I have, over the past several years, found Target difficult to shop in. Their aisle aren’t defined and getting around in the store I find difficult. This visit was a bit easier than usual.
The clerk was very pleasant.
My favorite Brand named store! Yet, sadly I feel targeted by the workers at this location. I can never shop in peace as a black/Israelite female. Workers always follow me and pretend to stock items. It’s not that I look under dressed even though that shouldn’t be the issue.(I’m a well put together female, however it shouldn’t matter if I was wearing pajamas.) I will say that I’ll continue to shop here only because of the Target brand, but I always feel on alert every single time I come to shop.
I am very unhappy with the service. I called the store to inform the employees the meat on the shelf being sold was not expired however upon opening the packages they had a foul odor. Especially the pork, I bought 4 packs and was told by the manager I would have to return it to the store for a credit. I informed him that was not an option considering the meat smelled horrible. It made me want to puke, the odor is unexplainable. I refuse to put it in my car especially in this scorching hot weather. But I offered to go up there and open a package on the shelf so that he could smell it. At that point he stated he would go to the back and get someone from the department to inspect the meat. This is not the first time but it surely is the last. I never received a follow up call. Do better Target! Ensure your product is safe before putting it on the sales floor for consumers.
Very disappointed in the service at this store. Online ordering and checking for in-stock items is a joke. Online orders are frequently cancelled because of inaccurate inventory. After driving 30 minutes to grab an item that showed “in-stock” on the website, I found a bare shelf. After asking an employee for assistance, I was told that the website’s inventory “meant nothing.” Okay, but why? Computers suddenly incapable of accurately tracking inventory?
The phone to customer service is literally disconnected, no other departments answer. I can’t get a hold of anybody to even confirm if my daughter’s formula is in stock. I’ve tried every extension and nobody answers except the pharmacy, which is a CVS, who put out an intercom page for customer service to please reconnect their phone (they didn’t). It’s very inconveniently located half an hour away on a traffic jam of a road.
They won’t help you set up a registry at all and got rid of their in-store kiosk. They wanted me to download their store app, make a Target account, then make a baby registry account on the Target account on the app they expected me to download on my phone for them. Even visibly pregnant they will not give you a baby box or help with a baby registry.
I’ve never had problems with coupons or returns at Walmart like I have here. They’ve argued with me about every single coupon I’ve ever tried to use. For gift returns the Target policy is to give you a gift card for the lowest sales price the item was ever sold at. They have never offered a gift exchange here. I had unused Up&Up diapers gifted to me, very clearly Target brand, and they didn’t want to issue an exchange for another size even because apparently they had changed their packaging between the time it was gifted and when I needed to exchange it a few months later. Once it was finally approved by a manager (whom you apparently cannot contact by phone), my daughter had a horrible bleeding rash and developed staph from their diapers.
They just make me angry any time I try to go here, and everything is overpriced anyway.
