a month agoEnjoying coming here. I usually come once they open less the stress and traffic of people. Find everything in its place and neat. Today went in the afternoon hours and surprisingly there was no line in and out. I went in like a horse 😂 eyes straight and focus on what I had on the list because boy target has something that you go in for one thing and end up with a full shopping cart🤦🏻♀️.2 months agoJust empress what i want they’re So nice place staff good2 months agoTarget is a target! I will only buy selected items in Brooklyn target, when I can’t get it in the Bronx target.6 months agoSo last week i was in targets, asked the batista(behind the counter) if he was the manager, he said yes i went on to show(my photos)& tell him I’m a photographer for Goggle Map can i feature the starbucks he said( “No, leave take your camera outside & take pictures of the sign in front of the store”) so i asked him why would you be so rude & asinine ,disrespectful??? I didn’t need his permission to take any photos, that’s why im so confused. Security told me (i had to leave the store & not come back ! What did he tell ??? No one from security ever asked me what HAPPENED The Lieutenant asked was everything ok ,i said yes, he walked away LoL. Have Blessed Day4 years agoBest for affordable, new home and kitchen appliances but no cast-iron kitchenware in store. Great selection of Spring, Fall, and Summer clothing for men and women. Great options on clearance. Loads of toys for children. There are many tiny departments here that are niche and might help you in a pinch like books, shoes, cut resistant gloves, bicycles, etc. The outdoor furniture selection here is great. This store in general is also really well organized and neat, like the staff try to make it look picturesque.

a month agoThis being the only target in the immediate area, you would think they could at least be informed as to what is available inside or online. Staff was absolutely no help in finding anything inside their sections. Customers couldn’t find an employee to help even at self checkout when the cash registers stopped working. The store and bathrooms were clean enough, and the Starbucks inside finally didn’t have a line or a mess in front of it. Wouldn’t recommend this target location. Perhaps another location would be a better option.a month agoNegative stars. The GHETTO at its very worst. Do not say I didn’t warn you. This person went out of their way to create chaos. You can clearly see her push him.a week agoCustomers were waiting patiently for the returned of the customer service staff member.3 months agoI enjoy the cleanliness above all else. The facility seems understaffed due to how overcrowded it is when it comes to checking out. Seriously, the lines are insane. They can extend for 20-30 people at a time. The self-checkout takes just as long as waiting for a cashier. Conveniently, and brilliantly, the ‘higher up’s,’ have decided to reduce the self-checkout registers by half! Damn!!3 weeks agoHorrible to wait 20 mins to checkout 3 items. None of the 15+ cash registers were open. So everyone had to use self checkout at only 3 of the 14 self. Checkouts were actually opened. They designed the store to have that many cashiers but they apparently don’t want to pay or hire workers. Redesign your checkout system then, lines shouldn’t go to the back of the store.

I went to Target to pick up an order that my brother placed online. This was the last day (12/18/22) that the order could be retrieved. However, the sales associate, Sherik, could not locate the item. There were a few other complications that I would omit that had nothing to do with the staff. In the end, I waited just over an hour to walk out with one item… my brother ordered three. I want to thank Sherik for his tireless efforts to assist me with my mission. The take away is this: don’t wait until the last day to pick up your online order as the item may be returned to floor inventory, as was the case here.
Well we know Target is a 1 stop shop for just about anything you need and this location isn’t any different. However, I dislike that they have recently locked up almost all of their products in glass cages. You can’t even get a bar of soap without waiting on an employee to open the cage for you. Unfortunately, this is just another example of corporate offices displaying a distrust in black and brown communities and implying these communities are full of criminals. This is not a practice in all NYC Target locations however this target location has decided to adopt this disgraceful practice.
You can’t take your groceries beyond this point. Good luck carrying your food to the Uber. Target treats its customers very poorly. The experience ends as soon as you’ve paid. No warning by the store when you’re walking in.
When that Target first opened over 10 year’s ago the employee’s were not so snotty. So downright rude. Now Target really does not know how to hire people who are appropriate, & know that the customer is always right. Two women who work there are great. One who I have seen many times. Helped more then once in the medical/medicine area. Also helped me when she was in charge of the self check out area. The other one was a Supervisor who helped me during a situation I had when checking out. They both were very kind, helpful, & respectful the whole time. The Assistant Manager was way more then snotty. A male in his 40’s with the nastiest attitude ever. Who hires people like that to be one of the main people in charge? I am moving out of New York City because I am tired of how rude a lot of people here are. Way Upstate, NY people know how to act properly.
A pleasant shopping experience! I needed kimchee and dental brushes, so I decided to see what Target had to offer. Not only did I find what I needed, the prices are great and they even sell Impossible meat packs for under $7! That’s becoming harder to find in this part of NYC. Also, the overall atmosphere of this retail store seems upbeat – they were piping good music through the speakers! Thankfully no Katie Perry to make me carsick like when I’m in Kohl’s. Will be going back soon
