4 months agoIt’s 6:45 in the afternoon and the automatic car wash doesn’t work, there’s no phone to answer complaints and they don’t give you your money back either 💰3 weeks agoAlways go here, never had damage to my car at this location quickl rinse for 4.00 a good deal6 months ago1.wash stall did not have any working nozzles. Not closed so I paid & was not able to wash 2. Next stall-ran wash cycle 3 times and my SUV was still filthy. 3. Vacuum didn’t turn on. Had to move to another. Handle duck taped. 4. All garbage overflowing. Trash including chicken bones all over the sidewalk. Area stunk.a year agoThis place it’s so good. Everything works and it’s not expensive.. you get a carwash for less than 5 bucks. Free vacuums!! It is busy and there’s people that play loud music and probably haven’t heard of headphones but it’s oka year agoRiPPED OFF-Saturday I visited Wizard Car Wash.The machine said, Deposit Exact Change so I deposited $10.00 and selected hthe Deluxe Car Wash. It did NOT work I called the complaint line and left my name and number but almost a week later I sit here feeling ripped off.

8 months agoWell it does the mediocre job you don’t want to get eel for so there’s that lol it did a decent job, you know these things always miss something. You would think at this point they would have them perfected by now but oh well. It’s probably why I wait months before doing it again. Unless I have to motivation to do it myself but it’s to cold right now so….2 years ago$5 for wash wax and spot free rinse. Easy to pay enter and stop directions clear. 30 seconds to blow your car or vehicle dry. Left with my car looking great! For $5 🙂🙏 with the economy being rougher and rougher.3 years agoI have been using this car wash regularly each week for a while now and it’s been the best automatic car wash around. Until recently. I went a week ago they were doing repairs on it. So I went back a couple days later and it kept declining my bank card saying network error. So I waited a few more days went back and it still refuses to take my card. They lost a weekly customer. They need to fix the piece of junk bank card reader. It’s sad cause it was such a good place to get a decent wash but I refuse to waste my time and gas to ever go back there again. Screw them.5 months agoVery simple and easy to go through. Love this car wash, they have free vacuums and towels to wipe down your car!!
I have always been very skeptical about running my vehicle through a car wash tunnel because I had a few bad experiences with other washes in the area. A friend recommended Get Wet to me so I decided to give them a shot. I now been using Get Wet for over 2 years now and they over exceeded my expectations every time! Very clean facility, they remove all debris behind truck beds so it doesn’t dirty their tunnel or scratch your vehicle, their pads and brushes always look new and they do not water down there chemicals like other washes do. Me and my fiancé decided to become fast pass members which saved us both! I highly recommend these guys! The owners are very friendly as well!
They did a very thorough job both inside and out. And being a Get Wet member offers me super discounts on this and other services. Plus, I get to run my car through the was every day if I chose. I highly recommend this locally owned and operated business.
Love the monthly deal. I went to wash my car there and was going to pick the middle one. $15.. well, I can go all month long for$28 or this one time for $15. Since I pass by here often I decided that monthly was a better choice for me..

Response to owner: My car has never been through an automatic. I purchased this car a month ago and have had it detailed ever since up until this point with no scratches whatsoever. I’m not a reckless vehicle owner the way you are painting it out to be. The day I decide to go get a minor wash when I’m in town, scratches everywhere. So yes, this is a REAL review, not a harsh one. I will be filing an incident report. Didn’t expect my car to come out the way it did though.
P.S. Don’t even think filing an incident report will work. They will ignore it because they seem to be in denial that their mediocre equipment is causing damage to vehicles!
