This target is the newest on in a 25 mile radius it has its own parking garage just like the one in the Valley with both elevators and escalators including escalators for the carts! this is a larger than most store and has a lot of check out stands.
They have a Starbucks as most do now, the Eye doctor here is Great, and Samantha Z. runs the optics dept flawlessly.
This last time we were in was just before Christmas and the store was ran sacked lots of stuff on the floor from rude people not controlling their animals (Unruly children)
The staff was on point for the most part trying in vain to clean up and restock the shelves and in all this holiday hubbub.
The ones we asked questions to regarding where to find a particular item were very nice and helpful even with all the people there.
Even with all the registers open the lines were long with last minute Christmas shoppers.
Fortunately or unfortunately, they didn’t have what we were looking for so we didn’t have to wait in the long checkout lines but had to find our items else where.
For everyday stuff this is the place to get it.
We stopped here to pick up some breakfast foods. The bathroom was really dirty. But they have garage parking and escalator to go up to Target.
Oxnard store the worst place to shop. They’re always out of products no matter what you need. They just renovated, and made it uglier by removing the clean white floor, now its warehouse gray concrete style. They have 14 registers + 4 self check, of the 14 only 2 open, and of the 4 self check one is always down so it is always these long line to pay. It’s like shopping in a park; people walk with all size dogs and other pets, if you need help with a question, good luck, never an employee around. Their price scanners don’t work half of the time, and the parking is a nightmare. I’ve been bringing this issues up to the floor managers, but it’s like talking to the trees.
I like this Target. I like their open floor plan, I like the “feel” of the store. I found what I wanted. Looked at what I didn’t need. Got to check out and waited 4 minutes for my turn. Cashier was nice and pleasant.
Just when I thought real customer service was a thing of the past, there is a very friendly and helpful lady that helped me check out today and I left the store feeling really great, it changed my whole day, thank you Anita! You need more employees like this lady.
