a month agoI thought competition brings prices down. The cheapest option is $10 and it looks likewise bay was missing brushes. My vehicle stayed wet even after the blow dryers. For the premium prices I can just get someone to come hand wash my car. Not a horrible place, just not worth it for me.2 months agoOne of the best car wash places I’ve been to. They have window and car interior cleaners and towels that are free to use, and the vacuums work really well. Some nitpicks I can mention is that not all vacuum stalls are currently functioning, and the guys who “clean” the front of your car before going in don’t seem to be very enthusiastic about ensuring the front of your car is cleaned up. This is a great company! I’ve been visiting for a couple of weeks now, and their customer service is incomparable. Angie has been amazing at explaining the car wash to me and how their memberships work, she’s knowledgeable of the science that goes into the wash!! Alexa is also kind enough to help dry my car after I wash it. highly recommend this place!!
I want to thank Alexa, she was very polite and very informative! Alexa helped me and my husband with our package deal and added both of our vehicles very promptly and efficiently with what works of us!
I got the ceramic duck wash and I loved that once we went into the car wash it informed us with the wash we selected (I wish I could have taken a picture, but I was so excited!). My husband and I really loved this feature because when we have gone to other car wash locations, it doesn’t really tell us and we can’t really tell if we got the wash we selected. In addition to this they write 1-3 on the windshield letting the person who guides us know the wash we chose! Really recommend this car wash!
Great location towels to wipe car down has a pretty cool hologram of the duck you can see as you are passing the wash Amadeo was nice and helpful to making sure we took advantage of the towels the vacuums
I got the Ceramic Unlimited Plan and I love it. Car looks really good like if I just waxed it. I used to spend like $30/mo on basic wash for like 5 car washes a month. Can’t beat it for Unlimited now. You can also use the membership at all their other locations too! They have them in Mission, Pharr & Donna.
Went for the free wash during yalls grand opening and the machine stopped twice while getting a wash. One of the rollers stopped on the hood when the machine went down. When it started back up it hit my stubby antenna and broke the base of it. Filed the claim and waited about two weeks for any response, just to be told the claim was denied….. was told that I would be receiving another call from the owner explaining their situation regarding my issue, never happened. Why should I have to be covering the cost of damages when I didn’t go in with a broken antenna.
