  We drove down to Florida from NJ. My boyfriend is very meticulous with his car. He gets it washed every single week. It just went up to $22 up North. 4 guys wipe down every single car completely that comes through and they do a tire shine, which is included with the $22 price.They also vacuum out every single car and clean all the mats. Fast forward to Mr. Squeaky Car Wash. We saw that the $20 fee included a tire shine. We decided to go up to a higher price which we thought would include more amenities, because $35 for a wash is just too much. From the very start the guy who is supposed to spray down your car before it enters the wash didn’t do a good job. Then the car went through the automatic wash and we pulled around to where the guys wipe down your car. We were told that the tire shine is not included in the $25 wash or the $35 wash. We were told by the workers drying off the cars that it would be an extra charge for a wipe down and tire shine. This is ludicrous! They’ll include the tire shine with the $20 wash, but not the $25 or $35 wash! My boyfriend had to pull over and wipe down and vacuum his own car! This place needs to get their overpricing in-line with the amenities it offers. It just doesn’t make any sense. I was told the owner recently changed things and the gentleman who helped us with the pay agreed it’s crazy! Tons of complaints! Their signs don’t explain what every amenity is that is included and not included in their pricing. THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIPOFF!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I do not recommend ever coming here unless you want to overpay and not get any service! My mother goes to a place that charges $18 for a complete car wash and they do tires, and the inside and wipe down every car. I will never use this car wash again!

  Not happy. A week ago I was told not to sign up for the advertised $5 unlimited because the manager was trying to get more money. So the associate signed me up for a “different plan” that was better. When I arrived today, my had no way to open gate. I’m understood that the stickers are that was on my car would get me into the car wash. The associate never started a membership for and just charge me for a one time wash. The “assistant manager” couldn’t help me and manager is not available onsite. Don’t waste your time.

  I have been coming to Mr. Squeaky’s for years. Always loved it. Yesterday I went during my lunch hour. When I pulled up there was a man at the kiosk who asked if I needed any help. I said I was good and went to make my selection. I paid for the option on the touch screen I thought was the “full service” Once I paid, I realized I didn’t see anything about vacuuming. I asked the man at the kiosk why the service that included wiping down and vacuuming the interior wasn’t there and he said “oh that’s not available right now, can you wait 40 minutes?” I could not wait 40 minutes. I asked for are a refund. They had me pull up to the managers booth, they took my credit card to give a refund and I waited about 20 minutes. The manager said he could not figure out the credit card refund process and gave me his business card that was signed with my receipt for a full service. I asked him if that meant I came back, and since I had already paid $20 if this was a voucher for the $35 full service. He said yes yes, I will remember you. I asked when full service would be available. He said every day 11-3. I said but it’s 1:00 right now and no one is here. He said next time, next time. I drove there the next day and he refused to give me the full service even when I gave my receipt of $20 and the voucher he had signed that said “full service.” At that point, I couldn’t believe I had been twice, was treated rudely, and wasn’t able to receive a refund, and was told to come back and then told to pay. I gave up and said fine, I will pay the $15 to get the car vacuumed. And then he said they were only taking cash. I left. Truly the worst customer service and availability of full service. Don’t go here.

  I used to come here all the time a couple years ago and it was great. They always did a great job detailing my car and making it look brand new again. I recently came back because it’s close to my house and my car needed a light detail.

  Overall the car wash was fine. The Apple Pay reader at the kiosk doesn’t work, so luckily I had my physical card with me. My only issue is the detail part. The guys they have now didn’t really put much effort into wiping the car and making sure my rims were wiped. They finished the detail in 5 minutes which I thought was impressive. But after looking at my car I see why. They left several spots inside un-vacuumed, back windshield wasn’t wiped properly and there were significant dirt spots on my rims that needed a simple wipe to be cleaned off.

  I definitely don’t recommend spending the extra bucks on “the works wash” if you can do it yourself. If I come back the most I’d do is the simple $9 wash and call it a day. Definitely a waste of money.

  I paid $60 for a hand wash outside only. It took 1 hour. For this price and amount of time I expect a great wash and attention to detail.

  Wheel wells were not cleaned, soap marks left around, and scuffs I assume they circled to rub out were left behind along with the pen marks. I wasn’t expecting to be there so long and needed to get back to work or I wouldn’t have left with my car looking like this.

  I would not return or recommend this place to anyone with a higher end car.

  Eh.. first time I allowed anyone to wash this car after 2yrs of ownership. A reminder why I do it myself lol. They have too many people on one car & things get missed working over each other. Id’ suggest to be careful when driving at first, tires have no grip from detailing area. It’s fast food service but very nice people and wishing them the best.

  I paid $74 (exterior wash + interior detail) for this. I will say I had a parking violation sticker stuck on my window + some dried candle wax stuck in a door handle pocket that they both removed which I’m very grateful for but paying $74 to have ALL of this remaining has me questioning what else they even did. What is the point of paying for a service if this is how it comes out? The last 2 pictures show all the grime on the outside of my car and how me wiping it with just my spit made it come off. Now I have to deal with the confrontation of coming back to complain which always makes me feel super bad. I won’t be a repeat customer because I hate having to deal with this. * Update They never acknowledged that most of my car didn’t look like it had been cleaned, and I got a *partial* refund after strongly insisting that I would not accept a “redo” from them. If you don’t stick up for yourself and in all honesty, come off as a Karen, you end up paying $74 for a spit wash. It’s emotionally exhausting and a total vibe killer. Never again.
