Amazing selection given the store size. They really have a little of everything.
The store is super new and has a really classy vibe. I went during slow hours and I really enjoyed it. I can definitely see the store getting very crowded during busy hours, however.
First of all whoever decided on this location should be fired. Getting in or out of this place is a nightmare. Especially at lunch hour…have you ever seen the line at that Chick Fil A? Oh my and then if you are trying to get around that to shop at Target ughhh.
Then you have the fact that this is a small Target…why? If I’m going to shop at Target and commute from Springville, I may as well drive to Orem for the full store.
On a positive note, this location does do returns for any Target product even though this location may not carry the item. So if I have a return, I’ll go here.
This location has a little bit of everything, is clean, customer service was great.
This Target is so small it rarely has anything that I need when I think of Target. It is really more like an oversized drug store. The worst part of this store is their refusal to accept Target returns unless it is a product that can be purchased at their specific tiny story. They told me, “It’s only 15 minutes up the road,” to the big Target store. Since it’s only 15 minutes up the road I wish they would had a process to take items returned to their location to the big store. Part of the appeal of a big-box store and the availability of online purchasing is the ability to return it to any location because they are one interconnected business. If I need anything beyond what would be found in a drug store I just go to the full-sized Target in Orem. I basically don’t consider this a Target.
better than no Target but I prefer Orem as it has homewares
Imagine you just moved in to a college apartment. You’ve spent the whole day sweating while unpacking. You order a fan from target get to target and pick up that fan. You eventually make it home and need to set up a couple more things before you can look forward to the cool breeze. You finally get it all set up and it doesn’t work. You panic thinking “how can I spend another night in this heat??” You check Google maps and it says target will be closed in eight minutes and it’s a six minute drive from your apartment. You frantically race out your front door and don’t even have time to turn off the car when you park and run into the store at 9:58. You apologize profusely and expect to be greeted with some annoyance as you once were a retail worker. However, the woman in the red shirt smiles, and welcomes you and is quite possibly the most friendliest person you’ve ever met. You go to the exchange counter and you get it done and rush out the door right as the clock strikes 10. I have never met such happy positive target employees! Thank you for saving me and providing that miracle breeze.
