He walked away at of nowhere and I didn’t know whether to put my car in park or what. He came back accusing me for not putting the car the way he wanted, and politely I was saying sorry because I didn’t know. He started to move his hands/arm to give the driver behind attention to shame me, which it’s obvious he was calling me dumb. Then he finally told me to put it on neutral and let go of the gas. Instead of expecting non members of your car wash to know how to move the car in, you should have had me bring my window down to hear your instructions until I needed to close the window to then put the car on neutral. That’s my thought, but me seeing the worker walk away confused me. I’m not coming here again…it’s not right to use your anger to provoke other customers, or make them feel bad because they may mess up other customers wash when I never disrespected you. What I saw was just poor form of instructions, and service from him. When I went to cancel the owner/worker(no idea) was super rude. Literally said you paid $1 to get 5+ washes, if you’re mad then don’t offer the promotion. Why are you getting mad at the customer??Update on owners message, I took videos of my car before washing because I thought no way no way it would chip. I got out the wash and wiped down my car and saw new chips and I checked the video and I saw new chips. I hear you about not getting mad at customers, you should make sure that everyone that works there understand that because that one guy didn’t.

They always clean my vehicles with excellent care. This establishment washes your rims and tires with care in order to cause no damage. It is the only place where my vehicle fits in. This establishment has always been on another planet when it comes to car wash experiences. The wash itself is stellar, top of the line machines, and a tire/rim scrub bar that really gets into all the rim crevices. The brushes are all paint finish safe, and still scrubs off hard bird droppings with ease. But once that machine is done, it’s the team outside that really shines. Multiple teams of people in charge of certain parts of the car, so they weave in and out of cars at their own pace while ensuring the piece or section they’re in charge of is done correctly. I can only assume their supervisor holds them accountable with great leadership skills, as not one person looks rushed or worried, they truly enjoy working for this company. The door jams, sidebars, windows, mirrors are all done at a high level of expectation, and the car comes out like brand new. The interior is done, not a spec of dust anywhere, and they even get into my cup holders… all 6 of them. As a pharmacy manager and retail leader in my company for over 31 years, I am truly impressed that the engagement in this establishment shines through all it’s team members in such a fashion. I recently had the misfortune of visiting Team Car Wash, and I must say it was an incredibly disappointing experience. From start to finish, everything about this car wash was subpar and unsatisfactory.
Firstly, the customer service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked any form of professionalism. They were unhelpful, providing no information about the services or packages available. It felt like they just wanted to get through the day without putting in any effort to make customers feel valued.
Moving on to the car wash itself, the quality of their work was appalling. I opted for their top-tier package, expecting a thorough and meticulous cleaning. However, I was greeted with disappointment. My car still had dirt and grime in several places, especially on the rims and in hard-to-reach areas. It was evident that they had rushed through the process, leaving behind visible streaks and water spots on the windows and body of the car. I could have achieved a better result by washing my car at home.
To make matters worse, the prices at Team Car Wash were exorbitant for the poor quality of service provided. I expected a premium experience for the amount I paid, but what I received was far from it. The value for money was simply not there.
Overall, my experience at Team Car Wash was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff’s unprofessionalism, the shoddy workmanship, and the lack of customer care were incredibly disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone considering this car wash to look elsewhere for a more reliable and competent service. Save your time, money, and the hassle of dealing with such a poorly run establishment.
I would not recommend coming here for a car wash. On 7/7 I received the Shine & Protect service. Although the interior fragrance comes with the service, the attendant did not ask me which car freshener I wanted. Knowing it comes with my package, I did tell him I wanted the “New Car” scent. I never received the freshener. After my car was dried I noticed there was dirt still visible on my car. To top it all, my antenna was missing. When speaking with the manager all he did was take down my information to call me if it was found after they closed up for the night. I received a call the next morning, and luckily it was found. The customer service was atrocious. I never received an apology, discounted service, or anything for the trouble. The manager did not even address me when I came in to pick up my antenna. One of the attendants in orange actually laughed when I said I was here to get my antenna. Will definitely not be coming back.
Team car wash is way overpriced and not worth the money I pay 58.59 a month for The works my car is brand new I have it 2 months I went Saturday June 29th I was so upset treated disrespectful I asked the guy to spray new car smell about dozen times didn’t do it then I had literally the entire crew clean and work on my car horrible job carpets not vacuumed spray not put indoor armhandal not done car is still dirty the guy had nerve to tell me I need to detail it the girl behind the counter I went to complain I told her I want a manager she gave me the paper said contact here cancel your club so rude for 58.59 a month never once was I happy with the way car was cleaned and if that’s how they treat a customer I suggest no one go there simply rude so I want my membership canceled I’m paid up till August 24 and have free washes ontop so owner if you are reading this it’s a shame because I am going to post this everywhere and anywhere and tell everyone exactly how bad this place is
