7 months agoFirst time here as of recommendations from my friends, first car wash in 3 months and the car came out amazing, I almost forgot that the paint can look this good. Would definitely come back, there’s wifi and seating inside or outside. Bathroom as well, it’s can take a while so go on a day where you are in no rush. Overall really happy with the work that was done! For reference, I did full service and spray wax. Would definitely recommend and I’ll be coming here often!2 weeks agoThis place really impressed me. As a stickler for proper hand washing techniques that minimize clear coat damage I avoid most car washes. This place is different, from the initial impression of the caliber of cars coming in you can tell people really trust this place for a good reason. The staff is neatly dressed and place is well organized that speaks to the quality of work they do.Most importantly the interior cleaning alone is done very thoroughly with compressed air and a vacuum – a technique I’ve only seen at detailing shops. The windows are carefully wiped down along with the interior panels. The wash mitts are rinsed and separated for paint and wheels. Wheels are done first. Paint is gently cleaned from top to bottom. Car is rinsed with a drying agent and water is removed with large drying towels and other microfibers. I’ve observed them dry my car for an extended period of time, and just when I thought they were done somebody came around to hit one more spot or to add tire shine. I was blown away!
If you’re looking for a high quality car wash at a reasonable price I don’t know of any other place around this area that can match their work without charging double and requiring a recurring membership at a detailing shop.
a month agoIt is a good car wash spot. Hand Car Wash that isn’t appointment based is rare. But the results are not the best. Exterior team does really well but there are still little spots of stuff leftover on my dash that I was able to wipe away myself with a damp cloth. For 45 dollars with tip that isn’t the best thing to expect.3 weeks agoExcellent job, 15/20$ more than average and well worth it!! Extreme detail to cleaning… not your average car wash!!4 months agoI have been frequenting this car wash lately, and each time the attention to detail and quality of the wash are outstanding. They take their time and make sure everything is done right. The little things matter: blowing the water out of all areas that will cause streaking on the ride home; wiping the excess tire shine off so it doesn’t wind up all over the paint… They know their business, truly care, and are worth a visit!

This is by far the best car wash in my area! They are friendly and do a great job. The owner Kurt really cares about his customers satisfaction and is so easy to talk to if there’s an issue. I’ve been going here for quite sometime and would highly recommend this place.
To anyone thinking of signing up for any membership – think 1,000 times. It’s a huge letdown for Ridgewood residents since there’s no other car wash that’s close to town.
Absolutely agree with the other customer’s review – not sure how others are able to put 2 to even 5 stars to this car wash shop, unless they are connected somehow to the management. It’s unfortunate that for a VIP membership, you don’t get the service even as close to fair. It’s like literally throwing a bucket of water in your car and that’s about it.
Not sure if it’s how they train their guys but they could obviously do a much better job taking care of customers, esp. being in a service-oriented industry. I wanted to tell the guy who took my car to make sure to vacuum well since they didn’t do a good job the last time, but he didn’t even let me finish, he said to just get out of the car since they are busy. All I can say is, wow.
My chrome bumpers still have dirt/ road grime on them. My hood still has bird poop on it. Wheels have brake dust on them in the spokes, cup holders still have random crumbs in them. My dash is dusty as hell and my floors still have dirt on them. On a good note my windows are clean. Was it worth $40? Absolutely not. I now have a half washed truck that I have to finish myself… if I’m breaking out the cleaning supplies and wash buckets I might as well have done it from the beginning.
Guys used to be way more efficient, make sure dry the door jams better , wash is ok , but wow does this even look vacuumed ?? I gotta go home now and vacuum this ! after paying over $30 whatever , plus $8 tip ? I mean what is this ? I didn’t really check I got in and went bc usually it’s good , so yeah I drove away and then see this ? how is that a good vacuum job ? And leaves in the tailgate? Idk need to have someone overseeing the work here ..
I recently visited this car wash place, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They worked their magic and made my car look like it just rolled off the showroom floor. The staff here are incredibly honest and provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to give their car a fresh, new shine! This place should be given the best customer service award!
