2 months agoCorey is Amazing he runs this place top notch!! He really cares about giving his customers quality service and making you feel welcome. I am now a member and feel this is an extremely valuable investment. I chose the best car wash option and am not disappointed. My car was cleaned very well with no damage. They offer clean rags and cleaning supplies to do your interior and wipe your vehicle. This place is Awesome!! Dont forget to vaccum!! I was very excited about the air sprayer nozzle to spray all the gunk from the crevices of your car that you can’t reach. I discovered this after I vacuum 😂. I still used it and vacuumed again. You have two different vacuum head options which was very nice. My car looked almost new. Thank you for a great experience Corey!!3 months agoEmployees were polite, car came out looking clean. There’s a detail station, free to use for your convenience where they provide micro-fiber rags, and glass and multi-surface cleaners. There were enough supplies as well. Vacuums worked great and they even have air guns as well. There was one vacuum that was left dirty from previous use, but as soon as I let the employee know, he got to working on cleaning it immediately. Walked me through their different monthly subscription options as well as all of the different benefits I’d receive by becoming a monthly subscriber. I told him I planned on using it every day, he said “Please do!” Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I can honestly say I’ve never had a friendlier experience at any car wash I’d ever been to. You can tell they take pride in their business. I’ll DEFINITELY be recommending them to my family that also lives here in Saginaw.a month agoTake 5 Car Wash on Blue Mound is simply amazing! they have an awesome detail center and Brandon was an amazing attendant. Actually came to my car while I was cleaning and greeted me and made sure everything came out okay! He was awesome and even gave me a free air freshener! Vacuums and wash were great! Will definitely be back!

2 months agoBeen here a few days, food service couldnt get slower, make 1 order at a time, 45 mins for a hamburger is unreal. They shut grill off at 730 no burgers even when signs all state 9 or 10, asked when closed told 8, show up 720 grills are shut off already, not impressed as there is not alot of options in the area for food. Burger was good when I did get it. Truck parking 15/12 hrs, 20/24hrs, 35/48hrs, there has been zero garbage pickup all week, cans are overflowing. Third night no lights turned on, its a safety concern as its very dark without them. As for staff, they have all been very polite when interacting with them. Used laundry and my clothes came out stained from grease/oil check machine by rubber and there was all kinds of garbage/dirt/ lighters, so beware and check/wipe machine before usein the last weekFuel City in Saginaw, Texas, is the most superior truck stop in these parts. All staff are extremely professional and go out of her/his way “to be of service” to traveling public. If you happen to wander past, then I highly recommend that you visit for some overdue “rest-and-relaxation”!!a year agoCheck out the eating places inside. Good clean restrooms. Nice variety of things to buy.4 months agoEvery single time I come through the line to get my car dried by hand they always miss something! Without fail. And I’m convinced they’re scratching my paint every time I go through. The people there all youngsters who feel like they’re to gangsta to do a good or provide customer service . I’ve came here for years but I think I’m done with them.6 months agoI’ve been a customer of Saginaw’s Fuel City car wash for several years now. In the beginning the service was outstanding but has gotten worse over time. Today as I tried to enter through the fast pass a truck pulled in and was parked there. I tried to see if the other stall would recognize my window sticker but it did not. When the “Manager” walked by I looked over at him to get his attention. He looked at me and said “if you don’t like it go somewhere else.” I looked at him and asked what was wrong. He said you gave me a bad look and if you don’t like it you can go somewhere else. I asked to speak with the Manager and he said “I am the Manager.” I asked if he was having a bad day but he kept on. I moved back to the Fast Pass but it wouldn’t work. He came over and apologized and said he’d had two guys not show up and opened the gate. I understand we have bad days but again the service is deteriorating. I’m disappointed because the wash itself is great and so is the service in the gas station area.

The vaccums have a VERY HIGH suction.
One down side is that i wish they had high air pressure air blowers to clean out crevices.
I came by take 5 today for a wash and to vacuum out my car and have notice for a couple weeks now one particular employee named Collin fails to pay attention to his position and is always on his phone or walking around not really doing anything while other employees are staying busy and having to do his job for him which is sad because it isnt fair to those who I have noticed working hard and making things work the best they can and I can say that type of work ethic should not be allowed in a place of business where ALL EMPLOYEES should be carrying themselves and working in a professional manor this is unacceptable
Morgan was great! He made my tires look amazing for them being so old. All around the car wash was great it’s been awhile since the last time I washed my vehicle and I asked what if all the stuff doesn’t come off and it didn’t (pretty much stained on) so they let me run it through again! Everyone was so nice and friendly!
