a month agoI didn’t know it was possible to build a Target as if it had clinical depression, but this one found a way. Pretty light selection compared to other Target stores and it’s gotta be close to 60%-70% of the store is locked up behind glass. I’ve never had to go track down an employee to buy deodorant at any other store before. Absolutely ridiculous.3 months agoI’ve shopped here a few times, I love the convenience of having a target in sugarhouse. But, be prepared to wait for an associate if you need certain items because they are locked behind glass. Don’t love that, kinda takes away from the “convenience” part. Anyway, it’s small and offers quite a bit of what a bigger target would have.a month agoWorst customer service I’ve ever had at any Target in my life. This girl named Natalie (a so called customer service representative)I told her thank you for everything she looked at me like I was disgusting and didn’t say a word. I will never come back again.11 months agoUsually Targets are pretty chill, but the price tag on the cheese made me think it was $3, then at checkout I find out that it’s actually $8 😒 like, bruh What are you trying to accomplish by “misplacing” coughcoughlyingaboutprices price labels?a month agoSmaller store with some some hygiene products locked up. Seems like a hassle for staff and customers. I recommend going to another location if you have the option.

It’s a Target, like any other, and a bigger one. So you get what you expect. This store seems a bit more run down than others, surprising because it’s not that old. Cosmetically it’s fine. So maybe it’s just the lack of order in the merchandise that gives that impression. Lots of customers on a busy Saturday. Maybe they’re trashing the place faster than staff can keep up. Retail is hard these days.
This location is so organized compared to other ones, despite being so busy. Clothes section is usually a nightmare but that’s the case at every single Target. I always do drive up pickup, and 90% of the time my order is ready within 2 hours and it’s not a long wait. They punched holes in the drive up signs since they kept falling down every time it got windy. Also a nice place to watch the sunset!
-Long wait to get help in electronics.
-Employees didn’t offer customer service, customers have to run after them for help.
-Half of what we bought was in the wrong location with the wrong price, and there is no UPC for customers to check to make sure themselves. When we complained about this, the cashier asked us to go back and take a photo, so we did and brought it back and were told the price shown would not be honored and was rude (“So do you want to take it off or what?”) and items being in the wrong location has been the case every time we visit.
-Pee all over the toilet in the women’s restroom.
-Just 3 self-checkouts, and some customers used one for a completely packed cart (more than 50 items) while customers with less than 10 waited and watched.
Target is lucky to have Justin as a team member. The last few times I have done a target pick up order he has brought my order out to me. Justin is friendly and pleasant to chat with. I have noticed that most places/people have given up on customer service over the last few years, but not Justin; he’s out here working with a smile and making sure customers feel valued. Target: Justin deserves a raise!
Employees are literally standing around the aisles doing nothing and the only checkout open is self checkout. don’t go here if you don’t wanna wait in a pointlessly long line
