5 months agoGreat staff, really great car wash, I was surprised how good the tire shine worked. They also have towels for you to use once you’re car wash is done. The vacuum almost worked too good was able to complete vacuuming the carpets pretty fast. Would highly recommend you stopping by.3 months agoI love this car wash. Fast in and out. Mike F. An associate always has a smile and positive attitude. All the staff is nice, I go there at least 2 times a week. Marina needed a quick quack. Worth the month membershipin the last weekUpdate: I have to reduce this to a two star review after I almost got into a multi-car wreck at this location just now. Apparently no one is keeping track of how many cars have gone through the wash and are parked in the drying/vacuuming stalls. They let too many cars through and there was nowhere to go after the car wash tunnel. There were about 5-6 cars in front of me just completely stopped and three more cars behind me being pulled through by the washing machine. I couldn’t move and the people in front of me couldn’t move because the person at the front of the exit line was waiting for someone to pull out of a vacuuming spot. A few of us were honking our horns hoping that someone would do something. If that one person didn’t move when they did, our cars would have all been smashed together. Seems like a pretty simple job to take a look on the other side of your parking lot to see if there are enough spots available to continue letting people into the machine. I bet you’re not planning to pay all of our insurance claims when our cars get smashed together, so maybe just take a quick look? I didn’t even get to dry or vacuum my car. I’ve canceled my membership. It’s not worth it.Love this place! So fun and cheap. I’m so glad I signed up.
4 months agoLove this place!! Such a great service. The afterwash vacuums and cloths really are such a nice touch to keep your car pristine. STRONGEST VACUUMS I’ve ever used in my life. ❤️4 weeks agoQuick Quack Car wash is amazing, they have such great quality service! My boyfriend and I come here about 2-3x a month and we’ve had no issues with them. We’ve even considered getting their family deal so we can get our washes for a cheaper price. I highly recommend Quick Quack Car Wash in Marina!

a week agoDO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH!I took my car to this car wash today and they didn’t clean it at all. There were still coffee spills on the seats and the carpet was still filthy. I’m so disappointed.
I paid for the premium wash, which is supposed to include a thorough interior and exterior cleaning. But when I got my car back, it looked like it hadn’t been touched.
3 months agoSo disappointed with the owner of this business, whom I spoke with on the phone 5/30/23 asking about sap removal on my car. He was so nice and said it would be inexpensive and to just bring it in, I did not need an appointment. I took it in today 6/7/23 and everyone was shaking their heads, giving me dirty looks, and said no it’s 2:00 and it’s too much. I said I could leave it and pick it up tomorrow. I asked for the owner (he not here) I asked for the woman whom answered the phone on 5/30/23, who said I didn’t need an appointment and that she’s worked there for 34 years, and they said she went home. They sent out a “supervisor” who shook his head and said no. I asked him to get the owner on the phone because he told me to just bring it in and I asked to talk with him. I said surely you remember talking with me and he said no. Bad business all around. After making me wait 20 minutes while the supervisor and owner talked about this on the phone, the supervisor came to me, quite disrespectfully with an exorbitant price. I left and went to El Estero Car Wash which was professional, set up an appointment, and charged half the price. All of their employees were professional and wanting to help me.a month agoThis place gives you the best inside/outside car cleaning and shine. It has a small store with bottled drinks for sale and little gifts and cards. There is bench seating outside and Shell gas pumps on the premises.a month agoAfter paying 37.99 for a car wash.. I shouldn’t have to walk around it to pick out spots they missed.. or spots they actually got dirtier with a tire rag.. I’m disabled.. If I could do it myself… I would. 🙄🙄☹️☹️ Just disappointing3 months agoHonestly, if you already keep your car very clean, and have $ to just throw around, then sure, go here. If you want to get a quality job done for your $, look elsewhere. I do a much better job by myself at the self-serve coin places (without wax and all their *alleged products) in the same amount of time for $10. Most of what’s listed on the website in the packages and details is just chemical products that are applied in the machine – which is then immediately rinsed off in the machine. They didn’t apply any “interior fragrance” (which is ok, cuz the products I saw them use were cheap and I don’t want some 50¢ cherry smell), they don’t use Maguire’s wax as advertised, and the only difference between the $37.50 ‘The Works’ and the $12 drive thru is the aforementioned machine chems that rinse off, and hand dry. If you go here, just do the $12 express and dry yourself with harbor freight micro fiber towels – done.A friend got me a gift cert for the “express hand wax” detail package. $70 when I noticed that they just run it thru a machine, I was skeptical. After it was finished, as I approached the car, it looked great. I was surprised.
But when I drove off it started to rain. So I went to target and b4 going in I got a micro-fiber out of the trunk to dry it. Then I noticed that the wheels had only been done around the very front face, so after rain the brake dust was running down over the “polished” part. Also, there was excess wax everywhere – in the crack between the trunk, between doors, & hood. Also, there was still lots of little dirt spots on the car – underneath the wax. There was also still dirt along all the outside weatherstrip everywhere, which I was able to remove easily with a $1 self wash place towel. Also, they didn’t do any cleaning of the runners and around where doors shut, or or open trunk to clean the area on top of rear bumper under trunk lid. Also the license plate area & front grille were still dirty – what the machine doesn’t get, doesn’t get cleaned. Plus, they say on the website that they use Maguire’s wax. But, Maguire’s wax is tan and all the leftover wax that they didn’t remove was bright pink. Probably an off-brand commercial wax. They have been around for years and gained a good reputation when the owner ran it. Now, they’re just riding on the fumes of that old reputation. And if you don’t speak Spanish (I do, poquito) don’t expect to be able to communicate with anyone, but expect the men to be talking sh*t about customers right around them. The women are all nice tho, I tipped the ones who did my wax & interior.

Guidelines for a Secure Car Wash Experience
Car washing may seem like a simple task, but it is important to prioritize safety to prevent any accidents or damage to your vehicle. By following these general safety guidelines, you can ensure a smooth and effective car washing experience.
- Find a safe location: Choose a well-ventilated and well-lit area to wash your car. Avoid congested or busy areas as they can be dangerous.
- Use the right products: Select car-friendly and eco-friendly cleaning products. Avoid using household or abrasive cleaners that can cause damage to your car’s paint or surface.
- Protective gear: Wear protective clothing, gloves, and eye protection to shield yourself from chemicals and debris during the car washing process.
- Be cautious with electrical equipment: If you are using any electrical equipment like pressure washers, ensure that they are properly grounded to prevent any electrical shocks.
- Start with a pre-rinse: Use a hose or bucket to rinse off loose dirt and debris from your car’s exterior. This will prevent scratching when you start washing with soaps or sponges.
- Use the two-bucket method: Fill one bucket with soapy water and another with clean water. Dip your sponge or mitt into the soapy water, wash a small section of the car, and then rinse it in the clean water to avoid transferring dirt back onto the car.
- Work from top to bottom: Start washing your car from the roof and work your way down to the lower areas. This ensures that any dirt or grime from higher surfaces does not become trapped on lower surfaces.
- Rinse thoroughly: After washing, make sure to rinse off all the soap and cleaning products from the car’s surface. Leaving any residue can cause damage to the paint over time.
- Dry carefully: Use a soft, clean microfiber cloth or chamois to dry your car thoroughly. Avoid using rough towels or materials that can leave streaks or scratches on the surface.
- Inspect for any damage: Take the time to carefully inspect your car after washing. Look for any scratches, dents, or other issues that may have been missed during the washing process.
By adhering to these safety guidelines, you can enjoy a safe and satisfying car washing experience while keeping your vehicle in top shape.

It was my first time to have my car carwashed here. Not worth of what i’ve paid. Interior vaccum not done properly. Tires dressing/polishing were not done at all though it was included in my payment (Gold? I dont think the color depicts for the expected services) Though there are many attendants. The supervisor should at least check the car if services were done properly before checking it out. It reflects low standard. You should do it slowly but surely. Customer’s payment should have commensurated on expected services.Totally disappointed.#reviewworkethics#trainyourpeople#thumbsdown#unsatisfied#hastemakeswaste😩😥😩
I have been coming here for over 20 years! 👌👍👍This is THE ONLY PLACE I GET MY CARS WASHED!!! I have never had a problem. Great customer service! Starting my week with a clean car makes me happy! Thanks, El Estero Car Wash, for always taking care of my cars. 💥Don’t forget to tip! It’s not an easy job to clean and dry cars all day, especially on a hot sunny day!
This is the only full-service car wash I have gone to since I started driving in 2017. The people are very nice and the service is amazing! I usually get silver and end up paying around $30 and change. It is always nice to tip the people washing your car for you. Last time I went, I had my two carpets washed for $5, and it was well worth it. After every 10 washes, get a major discount on one! I’m working up to my 20th wash! Thank you, El Estero car wash!
Always the best car wash! My car was filthy from sitting under trees. It’s beautiful again . Sparkling clean. These guys are fast, courteous and do a great job.
Tight squeeze getting in and out of this very small space, but they did an excellent job cleaning up my car, which was crusted with beach sand, dog hair and assorted road dirt. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. They have plenty of crew on hand, and everyone was super courteous and friendly. Well-stocked gift shop with lots and lots of cards for birthdays, etc. Very reasonable prices. If I lived here I’d definitely be back.
