Can’t say enough good things about this place. We went there to celebrate a birthday and we had so much fun. The food, the drinks and the atmosphere were great! The menu is reasonable priced and the food was delicious. The staff and service was amazing. The manager was very personable and made us feel extremely welcome. I highly recommend this place!

It was a good experience overall. The food was fantastic. The entrance is confusing and it took me some time to figure out how to access it .

Next week would have been my first experience with this service. After a few days of trying to contact them to schedule / reserve a bay, the website only allows for bookings only 7 days in advance. The phones did not seem to work so I had to drive from mill creek to Kirkland to attempt to schedule a bay. I was informed that the o ly option was to schedule an “event” (more expensive) which requires commitment to food / beverages totaling $360.00 which is separate of the cost of per person costs. The other option, wait till the 7 day window and hope to get a bay. So I made arrangements. Circumstances changed and I had to cancel. In spite of the narrow options and poor first impression given difficulties calling to speak with someone, I would have considered giving them a try in the future. I’m being told that the only option for refunds (half of the total amount, $800.00+, so $400.00 Down payment) so they will only refund half of the down payment, according to their policy. I would understand this if i had made arrangements a month ago and canceling last minute. I made these arrangements yesterday. So unless they agree t9 refund me the full amount, my impression of this business is below one star. I work for the state and interact with various government entities. Believe me when I say I will be recommending this place not ever be patronized by any state employees, Law Enforcement, etc. but most of my friends are either Apple, Google, or Amazon employees. Believe they will also be spreading the word about Top Golf Kirkland. Balls in your court. Hope it’s worth stealing $200.00 for a refund.

Cauliflower wings were the bomb, fries were decent and flatbreads were delightful! Colleagues had spicy wings and they said those were the best they have had so far.

This place is very small compare to the TopGolf Drive Range I’ve visited. The outside area doesn’t really have a great view because of the construction that is currently taking place. I was very disappointed that It’s only a simulator golf that you are pretty much playing with the wall.
It is also pricey. We played for an hour and a half and I recommend checking their websites for then price before going there. We paid $70 hourly.
The service is great and the food was okay.
The French fries I got with my burger looked like it was the bottom of the bag and they ran out. It was small pieces of potato fries.

I would not come back here because I prefer The Topgolf Drive Range.

Topgolf is a growing chain of virtual or real golf establishments known for their driving range technology. You go there and hit golf balls with the system tracking where you hit them, which can be in different forms of games and friendly competition as well. This location is the virtual style, but still fun. Mini golf is here as well, which is fun although the course is made of weird metal so the ball doesn’t bounce off any walls the way it should. The staff is pretty friendly, drink prices are ok and food looked ok too. We had a bartender who wasn’t that friendly and took about 15 minutes to get us 4 drinks, but we noticed other bartenders going a lot quicker.

First time at Top Golf. I’ve heard a lot of good things about it. So here goes. The good. The environment was cool. Very private and fun. The Korean BBQ were awesome. Fremont IPAs were good. Now the “bad”… the virtual top golf experience. The floor had bumps due to attaching platforms together, so when you’re putting it made it difficult to putt properly. Also, when putting, you have to hit the screen, so now you have to accommodate the bumps, the screen and then your actual putting distance and speed. When driving or pitching, similar issue, if you don’t hit the screen it doesn’t know. So if you are a bad player, week take forever to play. The 4 of us are beginners. We played 4 holes in 2 hours. Overall, it was a good experience. But I’m looking forward to the “real top golf” vs this virtual screen. Now the cost…The cost for playing is not bad. $160 for 2 hours for a group. The more you bring, the less you play, but it “knocks” down the price/ person. We got 16 wings, fries and 8 beers. Cost us $135 with tip. I then asked about ping pong next door, it costs $18/hour.

I made a reservation for 10:00pm for topgolf. They called ahead of time saying they needed to clean the suit and that my reservation was moved to 10:45. They said they would comp 30 extra minutes due to the inconvenience.

We were asked if we wanted 30 extra minutes when our hour reservation was over, I said yes (since I was told it would be free). We got the bill and we were charged the extra 30 minutes.

I went to the front desk to point this out, and the receptionist (Stewart) said he’d look into it. He called over a coworker (Raj) who took the charge off + gave us free mini golf for the inconvenience. I thought that was a very great way of handling the situation. We ended up playing mini golf and had a great time!

Only cons to this is that drinks are expensive (but what do you expect?) and the screen didn’t work 100% of the time with the throwing games. I enjoyed having our own private area/server, and I’d definitely recommend checking it out.

  1. The facility itself is great! Good equipment and the tech is close to spot on, especially considering how many bays are going at once. The game choices were also fun. The service was very good after the first 15 minutes when there were a lot of bays changing parties. The only disappointing thing was portion size of the food, specifically the nachos. While they were tasty, it was literally about 14 chips with a little cheese and we added chicken for $15. The drink prices weren’t bad overall and they had a good selection of beer, wine and spirits. Definitely a recommend on our list for an evening out for up to 6 people!

  2. The golf was of course super fun. The food was surprisingly tasty! Servers are excellent and check on you often. Everything’s expensive, esp for Renton, but you probably already knew that. Excellent vibe no matter the time of year or weather outside! Colder night, we had heaters above us and were very comfortable.

  3. Always a blast coming out to Top Golf. We’ve had several work parties here over the last year. The food is good, the service is great, and you can’t beat smacking balls around with friends and coworkers.

The atmosphere is what you make it. You can play chill games or super competitive ones. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never golfed, if you’re a pro, or somewhere in between. There’s plenty of fun activities for golfers of all skill levels to do.

There’s also plenty of non-golf stuff to do inside. Air hockey, Foosball, that sort of stuff.

And definitely try their injectable donut holes. They’re incredible!

  4. This is such a fun experience for someone like me, who had never held a golf club before. Learning my own technique and getting more points than my husband was definitely a small ego boost for the day! Only ordered fries, but they were the perfect snack. Some of the games can be slightly glitched, so don’t take them too seriously. The main one using the targets on the field worked best. Expect a little bit of a workout, and my best advice for swinging is to relax. I would definitely come back! So fun!

  5. The games and golf itself is 4.5 star, the food beverage and service is honestly a 2.9. They did a wonderful job with the introduction to the place and getting you to your table or bay as it’s called but once there. They give little instruction on how it all works, it’s not hard to figure out but it does take time, good service would have them explain and help you get setup and game recommendations based on experience.

The food. It wasn’t bad, but it was far from good. They seems like they were hip foodie items 15 years ago but they made them using the cheapest and lowest grade ingesdients and a microwave/Airfryer.

Overall, we paid way too much for the level of service and quality of food and electronically measured alcohol beverages we paid for. 🙁

Won’t be back unless someone else is paying for it, after I warn them.
