I’ve had negative experiences with the drive up pick up area at this store before, but tonight’s experience deserves a review. I checked in on the app prior to leaving my home. When I arrived I was the only vehicle there and I added my space number in the app. Several cars came after me and their orders were brought out before mine. When my order arrived I got out of my vehicle to assist with loading my order in my vehicle as it was drizzling. The FIRST words out of the associate’s mouth were to scold me saying in a rude tone that “next time you should check in on the app before you leave because we didn’t know you were here.” I informed her that I did check in on the app prior to leaving my home to which she responded condescendingly “well then maybe you need to update your app.” Knowing full and well how apps work, I let her know if I needed to update my app it would’ve let me know. She started to load items in my trunk while I loaded items into my back seat. I told her that I continuously have problems at this location and I don’t appreciate being spoken to as if I’m a liar. At this point she attempted to retract some of what she said saying “oh we just didn’t know you were here and we saw you here and we were just like well she’s just gonna have to wait because she didn’t check in.” (Pretty much a verbatim quote and look at those words #rude) Again, I told her that I did check in. After unloading half of the order (I did the other half as she watched), she walked off and she didn’t even close my truck. Mind you, I was helping her do her job in the rain and she was unkind! The last time I checked, I wasn’t on Target’s payroll (I should be, as I did her job better than her). On top of that, whoever packed my order did a poor job. Some of the bags were ridiculously heavy, all of the glass jars were packed together, and there were household cleaning chemicals packed with food items. #unacceptable From this point forward I will avoid this location. Three strikes and you’re out!

Kinda pricey compared 2 Walmart. Some of my favorite items cost a few dollars 💵 and cents more @ this location.

I happened 2B in the area so I stopped here. Friendly and helpful staff. They were very knowledgeable in all areas of the store 🏬

That alone makes it worth another trip.

Real cashiers and self checkouts also. I recommend this spot later in the evening because usually there’re 2many folks 4 my liking during the day.

With all that said, not a bad spot @ all. Check em out if you’re in the neighborhood. 👌🏾💵🏬🤷🏾‍♂️

At 7 pm I was at this Target to buy shorts & clothes for trip to Europe. I had a stack of a variety of clothes to try on at 7:40 pm only to find the fitting rooms closed. A target worker said the fitting room always close at 7 pm. EVEN THO THE STORE SAYS “OPEN”, it’s not open for clothes shopping! I just left my pile of clothes on the fitting room table within reach. The best time for some people to go shopping for themselves is after work & after the kids are in bed. This closure is ridiculous if “open”. DON’T SHOP AT THIS STORE AFTER 7 PM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Clean store and nice employees… That said, uncompetitive pricing, brands missing, empty shelves, and a rewards program that racks up points but makes it impossible to spend them are massive detractors. I rarely enter targets now a day as I never know what on my list you will have in stock. If you have it, will it be 20% more then Kroger or Walmart. Can I actually get it in stock, and would it be faster to use Amazon?

When I shop now a days it is rarely at Target I am sad to say. It’s not just this 1 store. It is a corperate issue. I think they might not be making Vendor payments or really close to it. Stock has been an issue since COVID. You shouldn’t be running out of bread, tools, detergant… not in 2023. Not in every store. Not during the buisest times for shopping.

I wish you luck! 1 star added as the store was very nice, even if they had veyr little I needed in stock.

Every single checkout line closed and a 10-person deep line for the self checkout, which only has 4 stations. Shelves were bare, and there were plenty of employees at the empty customer service counter. Horrible Target: I wish we had a better one close by.

It’s pretty well stocked and clean enough. The prices tend to be a little high, but I guess that’s a problem with whoever sets that in corporate. Employees aren’t rude so much as they’re just not that engaged. Meaning, you’re pretty much on your own if you have questions.

New York Times: “Colorado woman in blackface terrorizes Target with unhinged rants” that hilarious. I love this target but damn, there are some crazy people that go here!

The shopping experience has deteriorated. First of all the in store pharmacy couldn’t open up the cash registers to checkout customers. I had to leave without my prescription. Second of all there are too few employees working at checkout. There are four self checkouts and no cashiers. The line was forming early. I felt sorry for the few employees that were working there— it’s no fun having to do everything without any support. From its great heyday in the ‘80s— target has had a great fall.

They really need to get more workers at this location. The order pick up is the worst experience at target that I have ever experienced. I waited in my car for 20m and no one ever came. I called and no one ever answered. After the second time I called I could tell that the girl getting the carts was the same person doing the order pick up. Get the girl some help….I wouldn’t do an order pick up here if you are in a hurry.

  1. Updated Review 2023:

    Renovations undertaken and rightfully so.
This branch was showing it’s age and how it’s changing is really 👍!

Aesthetically, the store feels fresher, cleaner and brighter.
What’s even better is the product section has improved tremendously with better products.
At this time, the meat and bakery section is not yet done but, I am sure it will be better as well.

In terms of the other departments, more products variety is definitely welcome for us, customers.

Only thing we, customers are experiencing now is relearning where everything is due to changes in layout.
Still, I don’t mind as the store is much better.

    Overall rating 4.5 ⭐

Only holding back a 5-star rating is the Restroom 🚻 situation. It’s been refreshed as well, upkeep needs to be closely done.
Although, it’s more the people who use these Restrooms.

Love Target BUT (!!!!), cannot understand how their buyers do not get the simple rule of “supply and demand”.

Take for example Tillamook Yogurt, my husband’s favorite. This product is rarely stocked and if one is lucky, left with barely enough.

Case in point, today (see pic).

Another product almost always out, Starbucks Cold Brew.

BTW, this is true even in their Stapleton branch.

So, are the Target buyers on top of their game or just not getting the supply and demand right?

Still, count us as your loyal customers. Just wish you could make our shopping easier and more convenient.

    Initial Review: 2017
Convenience, town center location offer other shops and dining options. Parking is never a problem and have almost always breezed through check-outs. If on peak times/days, the wait at the counter is very minimal as the self checkouts has really helped. One thing that this branch needs is more produce variety. On my recent visit, I have noticed that they have streamlined the clothing section versus the former cramped displays. Product selections, specially for wearables and house goods have always been great yet affordable. Four stars instead of five only because, more often than not, they do not carry smaller women’s shoes sizes (5 / 5.5).

  2. Extremely rude customer service! It’s sad how bad customer service is these days, nobody cares. You would think that Target would train their employees better, but clearly that is not the case, it’s too bad the store is so close to my house otherwise I would never step foot in here ever again.

  3. The store was clean, the customer service was great. I was in one of the electric carts and went through the self checkout line. The customer service rep that was in that area was very kind and asked me if I needed help with anything. I really appreciate it that from him. I was able to check out on my own. The women’s restroom was not clean. Toilet paper all over the place and no seat covers. That’s the only complaint I have.

Store is great with the remodel but this trip was made extremely uncomfortable because Loss Prevention was FOLLOWING ME EVERYWHERE. They’re in plain clothes but I’m a psych major and body language speaks volumes so it was easy to spot him. Every department I’d go to he’d be close by with the same 2 items in his hand. I was there for nearly an hour because I have severe allergies and I have to check the labels on everything so it takes me a long time to shop. He was still walking around with those 2 items after an hour! After trying on my clothes I opened the dressing room door and guess who was there waiting for my room. Same LOSS PREVENTION guy. Scurried right in behind me to check the room? (*Insert eye roll*) I spend so much money at Target and to be treated this way is absolutely disgusting. I don’t know what made him follow him but if you’re Latino or Black, prepare to be followed!!!

How’re you going to have 5 self checkout registers down, 3 operational, and 1 standard register open with lines wrapping around isles? Walmart has more open self checkout registers.
