Here’s a revised bad review for the place:My experience at Target was incredibly disappointing. I had bought a gift card and went to hand it out However, when I got to the party and checked my shopping bag, I realized that the gift card was not included.
I had asked the cashier twice to confirm that the gift card was in the bag, but she seemed distracted and more focused on checking my ID for purchasing non-alcoholic beer. This lack of attention to detail and poor customer service is unacceptable.
Not only was my gift card missing, but the entire shopping experience was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend shopping at target if you value attentive customer service and attention to detail.yet when I went back to get the card they said we have to check the video and it’s going to happen 2 hours later. Instead of making up their fault they gave me hard time!!!
Overall, my experience at [place] was one to forget, and I will not be returning to the store in the future.
a month agoJust wanted to write a review and praise a Supervisor Glenn Wyss, yes, he was so great I asked for his name. I was at the Santa Barbara off Vererans store in Cape Coral fl., and he stopped what he was doing to assist me, even tho he was very busy. He was kind, thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable. I must commend Target for this gentleman being a valuable staff member for their company. Thank You, Glenn Wyss, you made my shopping experience that much better. All of the brands that you used to and great substitutes if they don’t. And again it’s never hard to find someone in a red Polo shirt who smiles at you and is ready to help. So go give them your money and get what you need!6 months agoThis Target is extremely hit and miss. They have absolutely no selection of cool weather clothing for toddler (2t-3t) boys. Their employees are either really helpful and nice- or absolutely horrendous. The horrendous end includes their stockers. I have yet to be there when there wasn’t some sort of stock business taking place. I have yet to see a stock person that has any regard for their shoppers. Constantly blocking isles, merchandise, refuse to move, impolite- I swear they intentionally try to hit you with their carts rather than assist you or move over to allow you to pass. I am always shopping with kids in my cart and instead of them making it easier for me to maneuver, they intentionally block me or block the isle. I should not have to make consecutive u-turns to pick up the items I need! In addition, they have pricing on shelves for items, then when you get to the register the price is higher. This is my favorite target, hands down. It hasn’t been fully remodeled yet and I appreciate that. I also get great service every time I go. I checked out with Kelsey today and she was an absolute sweetheart. Their service is top notch and their merchandising is always great. Tina is always helpful every time I go!
The store didn’t even have a hot dog bun on 4th of July. It’s not very well stocked up with things people need. It’s like a 7-Eleven of grocery stores. The only reason I went there was because I had a gift card most of the time if I go there I’m disappointed.
The young woman working the customer service desk on 8/2 at 5:38 pm was incredibly rude. Actually told me to go to a competitor because she couldn’t figure out how to run a manufacturer’s coupon. So I went to the Veterans/Santa Barbara store. They were even apologizing for her actions! Guess which store I’ll be patronizing?
Just bought this coffee maker. “Brand new” in the box. Unbelievable. Sell it used or open-box, fine. But to sell it as new when it’s dirty? This is why online shopping is doing so much better than retail.
Your cafe has a sign showing hours of 10am to 8pm. It was closed at 630 today so your worker could stock shelves. I won’t be back to this location.
