a month agoI utilize the curbside pick up at this location frequently. It is so easy and time saving. All the employees that deliver the purchases are always prompt, helpful and courteous. Even under our current 115+ temperatures here on Phoenix!4 months agoBe careful of gift card scam!! I have a purchase total of around $160 today. I first handed the cashier a gift card that is $100. I knew because I just got it yesterday. The cashier quickly scanned it, threw it in the trash and left $155 for me to pay with credit card. I was confused but still paid as I didn’t want to delay people behind me. I checked my receipt while stepping out. I don’t usually do this but today I was so sure it was a new $100 gift card. Guess what I found? This cashier only applied $4.08 out of the card and the receipt showed over $95 balance. I quickly run back and asked her to find the gift card and return back to me. I then checked the balance at the customer service and told the employee what just happened. I heard of such gift card scams. It’s a shame it happened to me in my favorite store.3 months agoCustomer service staff is terrible. Simple issues with gift cards are unable to be remedied; you’ll be told to call the nationwide (foreign) support line and the staff will contradict everything you are told over the phone. Train your people better, I’ll shop elsewhere if your staff regularly wastes my time.5 months ago10/10. I usually so curbside pick up. They ALWAYS have my order ready before 2 hours. They bring it out so quick. Never any issues. Very nice staff. Always in stock & clean.6 months agoTarget: Expect More. More isn’t happening. Self check out at this store is only 4 stations. A store of this size and the amount of traffic, there should be 6 or 8. Today I was 10th in line when I walked up. All the regular lanes were not options shorter lines, large orders. When was next in line I observed a station out of service and a Target employee servicing it. The station next to him was paused and blinking red. The guy servicing the down machine had no clue he was needed, so there were just 2 stations working. When I completed my order I looked back at the line and there were more than 19 people waiting. Get with it Target!

a year agoI am a fan of Target and this location is the best. It is huge with everything you could need. The grocery section is large enough to do all your shopping. The other departments are extensive. The store is clean and easy to maneuver. The associates are friendly and helpful. The self check out is great and easy to use. Their rewards program is great. The Starbucks is a nice addition. There is ample parking.a month agoThis is all about the checkout experience. Target is getting to be one of the the worst places for any form of checkout. 4:15pm probably the early part of after work rush, 1 regular lane open, and the store only has 4 self checkouts. The snack bar is self serve and the register was down. They should double the amount of self checkouts. The only store I have been to that has more than 4 is Tempe Marketplace. And it was t enough either!4 years agoDoes it ever feel nice to walk into a store and see people with smiles on their faces. The minute I walked it I realized everyone was actually happy. It is rare in a lot of targets to find that now. The store as you can see in my photographs is clean. Actually it is spotless. The bathrooms are clean too. A woman that seems to be a supervisor is letting the team know that they have to clean up and tidy everything.It’s really great to see! I’m happy with this location. It’s calm as well there’s no screaming people or anyone going nuts it’s pretty relaxing.
P.s the cat shorts are amazing
2 weeks agoAs much as i love Target & actually worked at this store years back, the way i just got followed by the “security” was wild to me. Sir i used to work here , i know how this goes, i’m not dumb. Mind you, i was getting pencils and erasers 😒a week agoStore was clean seemed to maybe be short on staff this night we looked for someone to help us for about 10 minutes after we locked the staff memeber they took care of our needs promptly.

Customer service was extremely helpful. I was using the target app and instead of the wait for an online order for store pickup, they marked the price down to the online price instead of store amount, rang up my order at checkout, and had everything completed immediately. Thank you Target for such high-end valued employees to service customers at top priority!

I asked this young man where is the rash cream and he said in an educated tone “ right this way Sir” and he led me through the mountainous terrain of target aisles straight towards the cream. But it wasn’t there… this doesn’t stop the wonder kid though he told me in a comforting voice “I’ll check the back for you” his eyes sparkled and he walked away with this 3 leveled cart
Minutes go by… then I see him in the distance rushing back to me with THE CREAM. THIS young man needs a raise for his hard work through adversity and his dedication to the target franchise. If You are Reading this El Niño… thank you
Target is the place for stuff. They have so much stuff. Like seriously, lots and lots of stuff. It’s mostly plastic stuff, but sometimes the stuff is wood, or glass, or rubber, or even digital!
Target is the place for stuff. Sometimes the stuff is boring or lame. But sometimes the stuff is really fun and exciting! They have carts on wheels to put your stuff while you browse more stuff, and when you’ve stuffed yourself full of stuff you get to have the satisfaction of ringing up all that stuff yourself!
Seriously, Target is so so smart and amazing and awesome, with bright minds at the top and bright lights illuminating all that stuff just waiting to be bought!
Sometimes stuff needs to be assembled. Sometimes stuff goes bad or gets moldy. Sometimes stuff sucks. But generally, I genuinely love stuff. Target is the best place for stuff!
Somehow Target deleted my review, but I will keep posting. Misogynistic and racist store. It’s amazing the power a big company has to be able to outright delete reviews.
I had a great time at this target the customer service here is beyond the best if you’re in Chandler Arizona and looking for a Target to buy your groceries or other daily items I would definitely recommend this target
