7 months agoI went to return few items, no one was there at return counter, I waited almost 10 minutes, after 10 minutes they showed up they take care of my returns. They should maintain bell or something to call for help. Other than this everything was good.3 months agoI have never had such great service like I did today. Omg! Where to start?! Any thrift store aisles look better then Target! What in the world is going on? While most of the workers are chit chatting the aisles are looking like this.
Update: The service manager was very nice and was very concerned about my treatment. I have changed my rating from one stars to three. (I DID buy milk there was expired for 5 days! So that was frustrating).
Worst customer service I ever had in my life! The cashier needed to adjust a price because I was supposed to get it on sale. She and the two other employees said they “didn’t have the power to do that. So I asked her the name of the store’s manager, and she said she didn’t know because “she is not there enough to know.”
This location is always so busy, but they always find a way to make my day. Their employees are so helpful, even when they are short staffed. The drive up team explained how to better use the drive up app, so my order would be ready by the time I got there. It was so helpful. The people that work here are so friendly and hard working. I love coming to this store.
I love shopping at Target whether it’s in Manchester or Hooksett. The employees are friendly and helpful. I can always get what I want here. Returning items are also a breeze.
This store used to be great. Now it stinks. Drive up ordering is always wrong/ missing items. In store shopping there is almost always a problem when I try to do spit payment and the associate just looks at me and says you can’t pay that way because that’s what the screen is telling them instead of actually talking to me to understand what I’m trying to do. It is just because they don’t actually know what buttons to press, but instead it turns into a big scene and holds up the long lines. I never thought I would say that I would rather shop at Walmart. At least I can order their drive up and my order is accurate.
