Very good Target 🎯 in the area!! 🙂 Nice, big, spacious and awesome quality. This is the place where high maintenance people go and get some fabulous materials. I love the target 🎯 brand!

I came in the store at 935 p.m. on May 1st knowing your store closes soon I asked an associate if she can call someone to help in electronics. I waited 15 minutes during this time 4 associates walked pass me even one of your shift leads or csm called again. Meanwhile two of your associates held a conversation standing right by me. The lady who finally helped me actually saw me standing there and walked off then came back and asked if I needed help. All I wanted was a game out of thr security counter. Meanwhile as I’m paying its past 10pm the game comes with $10 gift card (promotion) which I can’t get because store is closed and won’t allow it to be complete. The 15 minutes I was waiting would of avoided this. Juan your store manager who has a radio and heard the call for assistance did nothing. He even admitted it when I asked of he heard the call on the radio. Your guest service sucks since a conversation was more important than helping a guest I left with nothing I wanted to purchase. All he could say was I apologize not what I wanna hear. I want to know what is more important guest’s or personal conversations. The csm or shift leader who came back there could of even helped me but chose to pass the keys off to someone else who walked past me.
Customer service at online order pick up was horrible. Stood behind a lady who was ahead of me for five minutes with no one at the counter. Then some girl drags her feet and comes out, scans the lady in front of me order, and then goes in the back, no acknowledgement at all. She needs to be fired, if you don’t want to work there then don’t and don’t leave people who paid for a product standing around. She left the other lady who later came from the back to handle a return customer and me. I could have walked in the store and bought it faster
I Love this Target. The customer services was excellent. The manger Dominique was very helpful and the staff was very welcoming. They get ten stars in my eyes.
No longer using this store the employees on the floor are so rude and never willing to help. They stand around talking about personal things and won’t assist customers. Sugarland has a beautiful target and I guess me and my family will be using this location
