I will say it’s unfortunate that like most stores, there is a shortage of cashiers. And there’s also a large influx of clutter at the changing rooms. The worker Andi was really helpful and kind. I wanted a brand of eggs that weren’t in stock, I asked Andi if he knew if he had some and he told me he would check the back room, after he came back he said they didn’t have any but he told me he could check the system to see if there’s a shipment coming in any time soon! He said there was and it should be in stock on the 19th!! He also complimented how cute my dog was and gave me a sticker that had the target dog on it😂😂
I use the drive-up service option frequently at this location and it always exceeds expectations. Today, I arrived prior to the store opening and drive-up team member Nick stopped by my vehicle prior to starting his shift, introduced himself, gathered my order identifiers and told me he’d be bringing out my order once he was able. He was so prompt I left the parking lot at 7:58am. 6/5 stars if I could. I’ve encountered Nick several times before and I am always so impressed with his positive attitude, willingness to help and overall friendly demeanor. He shows a real passion for his job and his store’s customers. Keep up the amazing job, Nick! 🫶
I just was in the store to return an item and buy it again with my gift card because my gift card didn’t go through when I had to buy it online. So I specifically told her I want to return it and buy it again with my gift card so she returned it and I went in the store to buy something else come back to buy it she said we can not ring up the item again we have to return it back to the seller.
I don’t know the name of the employee, but she was a black young lady. She has to be trained for her job she has zero skills.
The employees in this store should be all fired They are rude no skills at all. They should be trained before hiring them. Specially, that black young lady. She knew she did something wrong, but instead looked at me with no shame or apology.
