Queuing for a staffed till is still an issue having a physical disability doesn’t count in reality , so I took my 1 item to and paid at customer services, passing police outfit security glaring. Ive already stopped using Broughton after being refused help at a till told “got no staff” . It breaks my heart seeing other pensioners struggling, No more Tesco for me. Love it now that Ive found better shops, with caring and helpful staff

Upon entering nothing we unusual about this Tesco. It seam quiet but tidy. When I went to changing room to change my soon it not only was very clean! But it has verity of sized diapers in basket in the corner 😊 what a pleasant surprise! It also had an actual towel to put on changing mat. I was shocked as often I forget my changing bag and have to buy the entire pack of diapers again. When I was leaving I saw a little book section for charity and it was nice touch. You could sense someone is really looking after this store ❤️🌹

Big store – plenty of choice. Get a clubcard to get best prices. Loads of parking spaces, trolleys usually in good condition. I live just over border in Wales so alcohol is cheaper here. Wales minimum 50p/unit. E.g. box of 18 beers £10 (with clubcard) compared to over £15 Wales. Worth the petrol money when buying a few boxes

Need more checkouts open. Sick of serving myself. I don’t remember applying for a job there. Prices go up, service comes down. Also prices are regularly wrong.

Good shop and generally well stocked. Open long hours and useful when you just need to grab a few essentials. You can leave your car outside for a couple of minutes as you nip in and generally you should be ok. Highly recommended.

6am opening time and I’m stood outside significantly later its -5 I’m cold. If you open at 6 you should be open at 6am. I’ve just left work I’m hungry.

Popular with students offering surprising range of fresh frozen and tinned goods plus alcohol especially given the size of the store. Two self service points but staff generally friendly and helpful. Note: choices are far more restrictive and prices are generally notably higher than at main store. However end of day food is far more heavily discounted than main store. ATM available at entrance

  1. Would like to give a shout out to a staff member called Paul who was on tils Friday 28th April. He went back and fourth for us multiple times as we kept finding security tags on clothing items. Had a laugh about it all with us and remained patient, kind and helpful.

  2. The shop is always very clean. The staff are always willing to help if you ask them
    Shelves are always stocked.

  3. Would like to give a shoutout to Thom, I couldn’t find paneer on the aisle , since I was going on a vacation the next day , it was really important for me. Though he was on his break, still paused for my sake and picked up paneer from the back stock . Very friendly and helpful
