This is one of the better car washes in the “Mister Car Wash” franchise, especially generous on the soap, and the drying system is particularly effective.
It is in a somewhat difficult location to enter if you are coming in from the west, depending on traffic. Otherwise, it is large enough to accommodate a good number of vehicles during peak times.

I have a monthly membership and the last 3 times I went to this location my driver side mirror was almost ripped off (it was pushed forward) I called to talk to the manager in charge and he told me they are working on the hydraulics and I should just go to a different location since I haven’t had the problem at other locations. I also noticed scratches on my car that day. He did nothing to solve the problem other than to go somewhere else.

Would be a 5* but so many times I come here and there is very loud music at the vacuums. And sadly the staff never comes to ask for it to be turned down. And if they say they can’t hear it I don’t know how that’s possible. Today the music was so loud I was still hearing it a block away when I left.

Just happened today, scratched on the upper side of the car’s door in this car wash. Mister Car Wash is refusing to do anything about it. I don’t recommend this carwash! Those who moved recently from other states, so be aware not to go to this carwash. All machines and equipment of Mister Car wash are outdated, and your car gets scratched. At first, I saw the reviews and decided to go there, but now I am sure the reviews are fake!

Went to 28th & Eastern location. Half their vacuums closed. In process of upgrading. Still found available vacuum to use. Have regular monthly package is $19.99 month. Worthwhile can use any location & free vacuums.

This is a great car wash with great staff. We had a small damage incident and the manager, Jason, has been incredibly helpful, prompt and understanding to get to an agreement. Accidents happen and we are still happy to be Mister Car Wash members.

The drying roll didn’t come down and the attendant said that it’ll damage my windshield so I had to drive off with an unfinished car wash! I’m going to cancel my membership and go somewhere else where I can have a full service.

Not the speediest, but a good was at Mister Car Wash. We were in the third car in line for a wash. Given the one car at a time method, took about 20-30 minutes. Good to get the road grit off of our car to stop the salt from corroding it.
Not such a good deal. I wanted to use my coupon today before it expired. I arrived at your business and it looked like it is closed? Maybe not, if you have a 30 day car wash membership and you can just drive on through? So I waited a few thinking everyone is on break and no one came out to help – I just wanted to process my coupon and pay. Crickets…so I left and called there and no answer -in fact it just disconnected me. No way of leaving a message. I won’t be back for sure. Pretty expensive way to maintain a clean car with no service. Wowzers
I would like to thank Jason and Mister car wash on the East Beltline for such a great experience. I was there a week prior and I questioned about my flat finish paint. The only assistance I received was they didn’t know.
Thankfully I went back today, just to ask if I could purchase a vacuuming option. I was more than pleased with the knowledge and professionalism Jason gave me! (He most likely wasn’t aware I’d be doing a full on detail to my vehicle). Whatever the case, I had a great experience and am super thankful!!
*Not to mention, their vacuums totally suck! 💯 everything I want in a vacuum.
Best car wash in town! You make Tommy’s look like a joke. My car has never been so shiny and smooth. Excellent wheel cleaning and love that the car gets dried with the rolling wheel of rags at the end. I left Tommy’s after everything was always broken every time I went there. Plus every one is so friendly to my dogs that love coming to the car wash.

Very thorough, fast, and efficient car wash. You’re better off getting a monthly wash plan, as this can be used at all their locations.
Staff is friendly and helpful, and always have a smile and a wave for their customers.
