I’ve been impressed with the job this auto-wash does with both big & small vehicles. I was blown away, this past Memorial Day, at how well the wash works. I spent the day putting 400 miles on my full size SUV and 25% of those miles were arid, gravel roads. No vehicle of mine has every been that dirty before. To make matters worse, I ran into a dragon-fly swarm, 1/2 mile long at dusk the night before that really greased the truck up.
The employee who guided my SUV onto the track, looked at the truck, made a “wow” gesture, applied pre-soak, and used the scrub brush. I was fully expecting to have to run the truck thru multiple times. 1 time cleaned it perfectly.

We have two contracts in our household. I was disappointed that there is not a group or family discount. Big miss there.
Second time this month I’ve arrived for a car wash 5 minutes before the closing hour and the wash was not open. They had closed a few minutes early.
Another Youngstedts practice is to close the car wash when it snows. I asked the attendant why they do that. I was told it’s because they don’t get many paying customers on snowy days. I would imagine that’s true, accept they neglect to acknowledge that they intact do have paying customers who pay monthly! Moreover, the reason I purchased a car wash subscription is so that on snowy days I can was my vehicle to remove the salt before parking in my garage. Wish there was another option in the area…

Chris was the detailer who worked on my car, and he did an amazing job. He was courteous and answered all of my questions. My car was done the same day, and it now looks like I haven’t had a child or dog riding around in it, haha! No dog hair, no crumbs, no stickiness in the cup holders, no salt and gravel on the floor, and everything washed and cleaned. New Year’s Eve. I got the Platinum wash. Not busy. The outside was good but the inside could have been better – not vacuumed at all beside the doors and the back trunk area poor job also could have at least wiped down around the cup holders and the door sills. Went back and showed him the missed spots he said we don’t do that. $40 with tip expect more.
Good experience with this car wash place. The process is seamless. You drive up and let them know the type of service then pay inside while leaving the key for them to drive up into the car wash tracked bay. At the end of the track, additional quick hand dry with towels by 2 staffs. Car came out clean and shine. Price for wash is comparable with other high end washes like Paradise, Mister, ect.
I got a platinum exterior and interior wash, the outside was alright but for the interior all they did was vacuum and the windows, my center console still has dust and debris that was there before I took it in so I know they didn’t even touch it. I’m not that disappointed in the service and the people that do it. They were nice when I had to talk to them Because the cashier was rude to me off the get go and told me that I had to go figure out my own stuff Because of a coupon I was trying to use that one of the detailers had a misunderstanding with about it so I talked to one the guys and he was understanding about it and nice. But what makes this a 2 star is that the center cap for one of my wheels was gone after the wash and when I noticed a little bit later I called to ask if it was anywhere, just hoping really. But the same cashier from earlier picked up the phone and kinda ignored me then just said no after a little silence. So if I want the same cap I have to buy a whole new wheel. But even just a basic set that won’t match my wheels is gonna be 30$ 🙁
Been customer for 10 years. The detail center is terrible. Recently I had my vehicle detailed,. Left wax in crevasses, was not happy. I took it back a few weeks later to have the wax removed. They still missed areas. Two trips, two days and still not done correctly. I told them I would not be back. Worst detail service I have ever paid for. Don’t waste your money!!
