my car was still dripping wet after. Not dry at all… They have a rolling dryer brush at the end of the wash to assist the vents with drying but that didn’t spin or move to dry my car.

Not super good but okay.
If you have ice in your wheels whichever wash you take ice will be there.
A decent chance of some scratches from the washing.
Other than that $19.95 for 1 month unlimited basic car wash is good price.
I have had my car detailed with the Rydell detail center 3 times and have been very satisfied. This last time my car was a mess from my kids, snow, and the salt. I was extremely impressed with how well they cleaned it and the communication from the staff was top-notch. It is a little on the spendy side but worth it for me. Feels like a brand new car again.
I use this car wash for the winter and suspend the unlimited car wash plan every summer. In previous years you could stop the service same day and be refunded any unused time that you were paid through. Today I was told that they no longer give refunds, which I’m not real happy about since it just renewed for another month and I won’t be back in the next few weeks. So, make sure you cancel your plan early to avoid being over charged.
Bought my vehicle from Rydell, normally get car washes after services. Went this evening around 5:30-6 at the Gateway location. Got gas a little later this evening only to find multiple scratches on the hood and another on the front fender/bumper. (Was with my vehicle the entire time) Definitely cautious to recommend.
This place has the most amazing manager I have ever met. If you get the privilege of meeting Tony, you will understand this review.
