After five months of snow and mud, my vehicle was a mess. I knew it wasn’t going to be completely clean coming out of the wash but wanted to get the first layers off. After spraying it down myself, I went through the car wash (for free due to getting an oil change over at Cornhusker Express Lube who we also love) and it did a pretty great job but there was still residue on the hood from the months of mud. Right away the owner or manager asked if he could wash it again for us for free. So we went through again – he scrubbed my vehicle down himself and then checked it over when we were finished. He then asked if we would please go through one more time and again scrubbed my vehicle with his employees – my pickup is spotless now. Incredible service! We have always loved this car wash and will continue to faithfully go there when we visit our family. Had to update my review, due to my own mistake causing my tailgate to be missed (forgot to remove my hitch! Lol). After removing my hitch, wash was great. 4 stars due to guys at the start of the wash seem to be in a daze (not that I can blame them) they always seem to miss the mirror side of my mirrors before folding them in so, they don’t get real clean. Not a big enough issue to stop going, other than that great wash.
Fantastic place ! Just wish I knew when the brushes have been cleaned our changed out .cause it does leave small scratches on you car after a few times going there .I’m just assuming this is from the brushes not getting cleaned or changed out often 🤷♂️.but the best car wash hands down .oh it does definitely pay off to get thier monthly membership. It pays for its self after the 2nd trip thru .always get the jet gloss ! Last thing maybe give the guys drying cars a tad bit of a raise. So I don’t feel bad not tipping them each time 🤷♂️😅
The kids are less attentive who spray off the cars in the beginning. It seems like most of them just don’t want to be there. I drive distances and on gravel, so my car gets dirty and full of bugs. I always request them to make sure they give the front bumper, windshield, and rear bumper a little extra boost of spray to make sure it gets it the first round. The rest of the employees are always very friendly and courteous. Not sure what it is about that position. Maybe some motivation or consequences– whatever is needed in that area of the job. This is literally at every JetSplash I go to. I have only seen one positive person in this position and I don’t see him often.
The water is usually dirty and contaminated with fine particles of dirt and rock that will “pit” your chrome and paint. And boys on the other end do a rather helpless job of wiping the vehicle down.
Update: I was in the carwash and a SUV behind me and about 60% through the wash I stopped moving for no reason and the Suv behind kept coming. I honked the horn and the SUV did too and by the time I could get my car in gear to get out of the way the SUV bumped me and did some small damage on my car. Jetsplash will not accept responsability for their actions at the car wash. Even the lady in the SUV said that she honked and it took to long for them to shut down. She even mentioned that the spacing of the 2 of us was way to close. I will not go back nor recommend Jetsplash or JetCrash as they should be known. Enter at your own risk.
