I have been to this car wash 6 times in hopes they would do better but have been disappointed every single time. Me and my family have the highest membership and we need to take our money where customers service desires. This place need to train the kids they hired , Otherwise they’re losing a lot customers by that disrespectful attitude.

I highly recommend solar car wash to the DYI people. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is because today when I got my car wash I used the the vacuum cleaner outside that took $1.25 and it was not working. Had my rear wiper arm completely broken off noticed it later on the weekend as i was travelling the day i got it washed .Guy says they cant do anything about it since it was 4 days before. Made me decide not to go there anymore.
Got the top of the line car wash for $20. It was awful. It didn’t take off any of the dirt and yet somehow managed to almost rip off my license plate on the front side.
And the cars were so closely packed together going into it that there was no way that anyone was getting a different wash.
Will never be going back there. And now I have to figure out a way to unbend my license plate.
Does not get bugs off after 1st wash. May be a good deal on a monthly basis but $20 for 1 time and still bugs? No. The rest of the truck was fine.
For 20.00 I would expect a super clean car. Came out and the front was still covered in bugs. I can get the exact same clean car, maybe even a little better, at the 7.00 car wash. I was very disappointed at this wash from the bugs not washed off to the incredibly high price. Also, I had to move my car twice to get to a vacuum that actually worked.
This is an ultra modern washing system that almost looks like a park ride! Don’t be fooled though, it’s efficiency is epic! Very fast wash, but a really really good one! Finnish on the car was way better than any machine wash I’ve ever used before. I have an almost hand detailed car finish for $20 and no cobwebbing paint or water spotting. No scratchy flails, just soft warm suds and cloth cleaner curtains. Even treated my tyres to a nice gloss finish that didn’t get onto the tread and that’s a huge safety point scored. $20 was the top price, so even on a budget there’s a wash for everyone! The drying machine is really powerful and a bit of my trim came unclipped, not their fault at all! I didn’t notice but the staff did and rescued it for me. One call later I got it back unharmed and labeled. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. 100% recommended!
