I had items to return that totaled over $20 and I didn’t have my receipt so they wouldn’t do my return. If that’s their policy I’m ok with that, the problem was the the employee RONNIE. He was rude and told me I don’t believe you didn’t like all this food being honest. He kept telling me i just bought too much and just wanted a refund. I didn’t have a receipt so I said look it up with my card. His response was I guarantee we won’t find these items purchased in double quantities. I don’t know what his issue was but it seems as if he was taking his anger out on me. VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! I’ve never had a problem with Trader Joe’s

I love Trader Joe’s! A lot of fun things there. The staff at this particular location were very nice! I needed help finding where the rice was and a staff member was able to take me directly to where it was located. Checking out was also quick and easy.

I shop at this location regularly and they always have exceptional customer service. I usually have my toddlers with me and the employees are so warm, friendly and always give them a bunch of stickers. You may not find everything you need here but they have a great selection of produce at a reasonable price. I LOVE their flowers, snacks and seasonal items. It’s a small store and it can get really busy at times so I try to shop early in the morning.

Minimal inflation compared to Teeter and the staff are always so kind and warm. Always busy at any time of the day I’ve been but can you blame them?! Great shopping experience and I drive 20 extra minutes to go here vs the grocery near my house. Thanks for your service and fair pricing!

I absolutely love shopping at Trader Joe’s Kildaire Farm! This store has a great selection of unique products at affordable prices. I always find something new and interesting to try, whether it’s a new type of cheese or a specialty sauce. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to make sure customers have a positive shopping experience. The store is always clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I’m looking for. Overall, I highly recommend Trader Joe’s Kildaire Farm to anyone looking for high-quality, affordable groceries with a fun twist

Lots of variety but not laid out the best. Produce is good but a little pricey. Deli & hot food looks rough. Ample meat market. Good sales. Pretty clean. Register lines are very slow and do get backed up on a Sunday afternoon.

All in all my experience here has never been great, the staff as well as managers are rude and unhelpful. Today however set me over the edge, my husband and I were checking out at self check out. After he inserted his card, we realized that we forgot he had turned his card off due to fraudulent reasons. All the screen asked was to re-insert the card, however the worker standing at the self check out post (shorter, blonde young woman) came up and rudely said excuse me over and over again and almost shoved my out of the way by how forceful she walked past me… looked at the screen and walked away. I think the staff at this Ingles location needs to sit down and talk about how to properly work in a customer service industry and learn how to treat people with respect and kindness. It’s not that hard, a smile and polite usage of words goes a long way.

Really nice, big supermarket which feels like you’re inside WholeFoods store. The staff is wonderful and always friendly. Lines are always short and moves quickly. We recently started taking our puppy and everyone has been great and welcoming us❤️ Tuesday you get double the points on gas so we try to shop on Tuesdays perks.

Is this actually a Publix in disguise?! I have NEVER been in such an upscale Ingles before. They have a Starbucks as soon as you walk in. All of their food is SO fresh! They have everything you need. I really loved the self serve area where I got candy and chocolate covered expresso beans. The fruit was fresh. The store was CLEAN. The staff was super friendly. There is self checkout as well as cashiers.

  1. This is a colorful, exciting store! My son loves their little food court. I can imagine doing a Asian party with decor and snacks you can find here. It’s a colorful, kind of like Japanese toys & anime.
I am always looking for organic ingredients, I didn’t notice much here. What I did, I photographed.
Go to Super G Mart if you want to immerse yourself in international foods this is your place!

  2. I’m so happy I finally drove to this international market. They had a lot of items to choose from. I was happy to find various fresh herbs, meats, vegetables, beverages, and baked goods that are unavailable in my area. I came across a few items that were expired, so double check the dates.

  3. So happy they opened up another one and really wish they would open one in Columbia, SC. They opened early and not everything is completely set up yet, but they still had quite the variety. Each aisle is notated by country and if you want the best selection of fruits and vegetables, this is your place. They had items I’d never seen before. Purchased the kimchi that was made in the back and really loved it. Can’t wait to go back when they are fully stocked. They do have a rewards program like many groceries stores do, And you may need it because the only downside is the shelf products are not quite affordable. Especially the snack aisle. Still, They are comparable to smaller Asian markets.

  4. Fun place to visit. Huge selection of key Asian ingredients. Super impressive bakery that has traditional Asian baked goods.

In the hard goods section, you can find rice cookers, clay pots, and other kitchen equipment.

    It’s worth the stop.

  5. This is a great place to go shopping for Asian groceries or international products. There are many unique products that you may not find in other American owned supermarkets.
There is, however, a strong oder of the fresh oysters and fish from the back of the store. I would like to inform you on that if you that would be something that may bother you.

This place could perhaps use a bit more cleaning and organizing, but overall what it offers is great.
