They have signs of not overnight parking everywhere. Not sure if this is new, cause a lot of reviews here said yes to over. By the end of the evening y was gonna move to another parking lot but I ended up staying the night anyways. I was not the only one. Lots of big and small RVers stayed also

did a pickup order for some toiletries and household items, including soft ice packs. my order was shopped correctly. when i got home and went to unpack, the cardboard packaging the ice packs were in was damp and softer than it should have been. the inside of the cardboard was SO moldy – the type of moldy where it stays on your fingers after you touch it. there was also mold on the ice packs as well. packaging & ice packs went right in the trash outside. i’m tempted to throw the entire order away since i don’t know what might be contaminated. absolutely wonderful experience with staff and ive never had a problem at this store before – just a major QC issue. i’m fortunate to not be an at-risk individual.

From groceries to household items, they have it all. However, it’s important to note that the store’s staff can sometimes be rude and unhelpful. On occasions, they may even mumble under their breath, which can leave customers feeling uncomfortable. Improving customer service and communication should be a priority for Walmart in Bozeman to ensure a more pleasant shopping experience for everyone.

Reliable place to park but it’s so blown up. Small village living in the lot. But it’s still pretty chill. There’s some shade around different areas of the parking lot throughout the day. The employees are not bad.

Stopped in for one item that took 3 minutes to find, and cost $1.50, in the hardware area. Went to check out and found 14 assisted checkout aisles without anyone working them and 24 ‘self checkout’ aisles that had 60-80 people standing in queue on each side of the building. ‘Nick’ was the poor soul that was manning the swarming ‘self checkout’ and was doing his best to be patient, but was clearly frazzled by all of the registers he had to man and by all of the ill tempered patrons that were about to lose it because they had been standing in line for almost an hour by the time they were able to check out. Somehow the 5 minute trip to grab something quickly became 45 minutes–40 of which were in line. Completely unacceptable. The images posted show the empty assisted checkout aisles as well as the overflowing self checkout area. You can also see that trash and random items were everywhere at each register. Some of these people drive a long way to come here, many longer than ours and our trip was 50 minutes from door to door. Really disappointed with this experience and how sales associates are being utilized here. Also, numerous aisles were completely packed with boxes, to the point that you couldn’t even find the paint section. This was at 4pm, the height of Sunday shopping. Dangerous and not conducive to selling anything in those aisles. Two stars instead of one because Nick was busting his rear and wasn’t going postal like most would have been. It doesn’t matter what you’re paying him, give that bloke a raise. He deserves it. Also, we likely won’t return without a very good reason. Based on this experience, this administrator would be be firing whoever dropped the ball here. Happy to discuss with corporate.

I just to go here a lot for lunch. It was close to work and had decent food in there deli. But for the last 4 times I have gone in for lunch (Noon) they have had barely any food even ready. Some sides and maybe some hot wings or orange chicken but that is really it. Nothing in the hot cases. I do like going here but I can’t keep wasting time for lunch in hopes they might have something ready to eat.

Clean, bright. Hot, need to have the air conditioning on! Inventory can be a low or none available sometimes. Some departments such as the Money Center close early due to staffing issues.

I have had multiple experiences where I’ve been looking for something specific and have had no clue where it was located, and every time I talk to an employee they are always able to help. The younger employees in particular are usually pretty quick to help, and every interaction I’ve had with the employees in the electronics section has been very pleasant and sometimes even enjoyable. If you treat the employees like actual people and not just workers, they will be nice to you and will actually make an effort to help you out !!!

Great products. However many customers and employees are very rude and can’t seem to mind their own business. A couple months ago as I was checking out, I saw a register. I was then shoved out of the way by another woman, and she took the register. I even apologized to her, and she gave me a dirty look. My sister was there with me, and I turned to her, asked if she had seen what just happened. The woman then started aggressively slamming her groceries into bags after she scanned them. She quickly left and said something under her breathe to me, I didn’t quite catch what it was. Another incident, I was here to return something. This day I was wearing a white halter top. A very large woman in a pink shirt on a scooter drove by and shouted very loudly, “you forgot your shirt!” And drove off snickering. I am sure that she was just jealous because she was old and fat. I came here with my mom one day as well, and we stopped by the deli to get something to eat. My mom wanted some chicken, which she stated, to which the employee replied “OK when you say chicken, there’s 5 or so different kinds of chicken, so which kind of chicken is it? It’s not that hard.”

The employee at the customer service desk and the store manager, Jeremy, were kind, efficient, and helpful. They take customer service seriously. While I was there another customer was downright rude to the SM. He handled her without missing a beat. He let it slide off his back like it’s a common occurrence. What have we come to people‽ We’re all doing the best we can with what we’ve got. Customers need to be nice, too!

  1. Like a flashback to 2001, when I was still a Kmart shopper, walking into a major retailer and only filling 1/2 my list. I have not been in a Walmart for a number of years, but he grocery section was full of outs, or entire shelves being filled to look full. An entire shelving unit filled with 2 kind of generic cooking oils, no selection and name brands are near empty or totally nonexistent. I did find the Wesson oil, on the bottom shelf, behind a side-stack. The staff was really working there hearts to keep it going. Everyone was very nice, and wanted to help. I was not the only frustrated customer, yet I am not a daily shopper. This has to be really difficult when all other shopping was knocked out , by the ? of the Walmart. It was a busy afternoon, and the store seams quite comfortable to what I deal with at my preferred shopping choice.

  2. UNPROFESSIONAL AND STAFF CANNOT COMPREHEND SIMPLE AND EASY DIRECTIONS I recently bought a 4k 43” flat screen tv that was on sale and I purchased the 3 year warranty, and when I got home I plugged it in and saw it was defective so I went to the store to return it to get a replacement tv and I specifically told the costumer service representative I wanted a replacement not a refund and she continued to give me a refund after I directly told her not too, then I asked for the manager and the manager stated since I already got the refund I can not get a replacement tv, which is completely ridiculous and unprofessional for them to be sneaky like that and throw it under the table like it doesn’t matter, Walmart needs to train their employees to actually LISTEN to the customer, I would give it a 0 star if possible if employees cannot listen to customer directions they should be taken off the floor and retrained or fired i will not be doing business here again, WALMART DO YOUR JOB BETTER!

  3. Clean and well organized. Had a pretty decent selection of cold food to be eaten on long car rides. Plenty of self checkout lines with super friendly and helpful staff.

  4. if i could give a 0 star i would. EVERYTIME ive been to this store to buy garlic its always molded. this was the WORST case and everyone picks up the phone then hangs up on me without saying a word!

  5. Absolutely hated it. They are changing stuff around the store. Makes a trip there 10 x’s longer. Along with that, they don’t have half the stuff I wanted. It was a complete mess!! Looked like the apocalypse happened. Then my cart was full…NO check out employees. I asked one gal if she was open, she said no. I went to the self check out cause there was no other choice and all of a sudden she was open to others. I had over $400 dollars of items to check out and had to do it myself. There is no place to put your groceries but on the FLOOR while you self checked out. I have serious back issues, parked in the handicap spot and not 1 employee cared. Along with that the young girls working were not caring AT ALL about helping. So their job is just to wander around and punch in their employee code when necessary and thats it. I will NEVER give wally world my money EVER again. If I didn’t need these items because of the fact I live out in the country, I would have dropped and left.
